Tania's Cleaning

They clean well, it could go a lot better if English was understood and spoken. It makes it very hard to communicate needed instructions, etc. But, overall, they do a good job. I continue to use them and have for past 6 months or so.

No communication |Tania was very "pushy"

Tania came to my home on July 24, 2013 to provide me with an estimate. She was easy to reach and responsive and came on time for the appointment. I explained to her during our meeting that our house is currently on the market, and it is very important to me to keep it very clean and this is why I contacted her. I wanted to hire her team to do a good, deep cleaning then come once a week thereafter until the house sold to ensure it would be looking great for showings to potential buyers. She quoted me a price and we scheduled the deep cleaning service to take place on July 26, 2013. I requested her first appointment of the day, in case we received any requests for showings at the house later that afternoon. She scheduled my cleaning to take place at 8:00am on July 26 and collected payment up front that day in the amount of $350. On the morning of July 26, I was up early to be sure I would be dressed and ready to leave once the cleaning team arrived, so as not to be in their way. I had both of my children up, fed, and dressed earlier than normal as well. The cleaning team did not arrive at 8:00. Finally at 8:20 I contacted Tania to let her know they were not at my house and find out if they were still coming. She apologized for the fact that they were late and said they were on the way. I had plans scheduled and could not wait any longer, so I informed her I would leave a key under my front door mat, and went ahead and left the house. I was out running errands all day long and did not return to the house until approximately 2:30pm. We had a realtor scheduled to show our house at 3:30pm, so I stopped by the house to do a quick walk through and be sure the cleaning team had completed the job and were not still at the house. Initially I was walking through the downstairs and was pleased with how the house looked. They did a nice job on the blinds and everything was in good order. Then I headed upstairs and discovered there had been an accident with bleach on my carpet. There was a bleach streak approximately 12 inches in length across the hallway carpet upstairs. There was also another small spot approximately the size of a silver dollar next to the streak. I immediately contacted Tania in a panic, becuase I had a realtor coming to show my home to a potential buyer in less than one hour, and this large and very noticeable bleach stain on my carpet. When I contacted Tania, she replied that she was aware there had been an accident with bleach on my carpet. I could not believe she had not contacted me right away to let me know, and instead she left it there for me to find on my own. I explained to her that I was very upset, and she told me to just put a rug over it and she knew a guy who cleans carpets that she would send over to look at it and repair it. I told her there was not time to repair it prior to the showing, and it was not in an area where it would be logical to place a rug. She did not seem to understand why I was upset and acted like it was no big deal. She told me she would contact her carpet guy and call me back. I had no choice but to leave a note for the realtor and leave the house for the showing. Tania called me back later that day and explained to me that her carpet guy would come over and look at the color of my carpet and find a piece that would match to patch the stained area. I was not comfortable with this at all, because I did not want a mis-matched piece of carpet. I told her I preferred to hire my carpet company that installed the carpet to handle the repair. I got in touch with my carpet company the following day and thankfully they were able to order the same carpet that I had originally installed. They estimate they provided to repair the damage was $261.01. I informed Tania and provided her a copy of the invoice, which I had already paid on July 29. She was upset and said her guy would fix it for $60. I explained to her that I did not want her guy to do the work because I did not believe a quality job would be done, and it is important to me to have the best possible repair since we are trying to sell our home. She asked if she could call me on July 30, however I was at my office at work and unavailable to have a personal telephone conversation. I followed up with her again on August 5 to ask if and when she was going to reimburse me for the repair. She claimed that she had been sending me text messages; however, I had not received any from her. She continued to want to talk to me to negotiate. I was not interested in negotiating and told her this. When I declined her offer of free cleanings to make up for the balance owed on the repair, I did not hear back from her again for several days. On August 8 she contacted me again and told me she was going to pay me back for the repair in 2 installments. I told her that would be fine. As of today it is August 23 and I have not ever heard from Tania again, nor have I received any payment from her. At this point, I am assuming she is not going to pay for the damage her business did to my house. If I ever do receive payment, I will return here and update this review for that information.

It went very well. Tania supervised her helpers closely. There was a lot of clutter & dirt & pet dander to clean up but they did a good job.

Cleaners are prompt, professional and very good at their job. We have a wood frame structure and lots of foot traffic on linoleum floors, also we have a constant southern wind with rock/shell driveways so there is tons of dust. They do a wonderful job.

Cleaning was well done and thorough based on what was agreed upon. They came with a large crew and really did a great job in both the big and detail items. We will begin a weekly cleaning now. Tania was very responsive. Pricing fair and reasonable. They were late in getting there but we were satisfied with work done. Hopefully, their weekly service will be consistent in quality equal to the one time deep cleaning.

I've had several cleaning companies do my house over the years so I am familiar with what to expect and not. Tanya charged me a large sum of money to do the first cleaning even though I had just had another company clean it the week before. That's pretty standard procedure. She sent two women and a man. He was very rough and careless with everything he touched. He snapped the wood blinds with a rag several times, knocking the header piece on the floor and my husband had to help him put it back on. I used her service for about three months before I finally gave up. English is my only language and none of the workers seemed to speak or understand English at all. I watched the girl in my kitchen one day. She "cleaned" the whole kitchen with a bottle of windex and a dry rag, didn't clean the sink at all. The last day they were here I walked the house after they left. There was still mud under my rain boots sitting on my kitchen floor. There was dirt and leaves on the floor behind the little dog kennel in my living room. They never moved it to sweep or mop. There was still a cup ring on my glass top night table, and dusty lamp shades. Really, too many more things to mention. Tanya is a very professional mannered woman so I don't know if this was up to her standard or not. I did speak with her on a couple of occasions about the poor quality of work, but nothing seemed to change after our conversations.

I called Tania and we talked about what i wanted done. She came one that day and looked at the bathrooms. She quoted me a price (which I thought was a gracious price) and the two ladies and their supervisor was over within the hour. They worked on both bathrooms and made the sparkle again. I gave them each a tip because they went beyond my expectations.

ClThe crew clean very well. I've had no issues. Recommend highly.

Tania was super friendly and easy to work with. I found her to be a very good communicator. She came over to give me an estimate, walked around with me, and explained everything in detail before the cleaning. She recommended I do a deep cleaning first, which I did, and the results were excellent. The people (I believe there were two--I wasn't home for most of it) who did the cleaning were extrememly concientious, hard-working, and friendly. I plan to do cleanings every two weeks. I would recommend Tania--I think you'll be happy with her and her team.

The housecleaning was $300 and we paid $100 for the blinds. She was thorough. We appreciated that she was quite the businesswoman. She came out and gave an estimate the same day that we called her.

1st time here punctual , provided all supplies, did good work, House has not been cleaned for several years , will need more work to get it up to par . I am a senior still working full time , have not kept it up.

They were at my home for over 2 hours and did an exceptional job. I don't always like the way people clean my floors, but they did a very nice job. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

Wonderful professional team arrived promptly and started to work. All workers were sensitive to the the request that I made during their time there. Their work was completed in a timely manner and beyond my expectations as they paid great attention to detail.

They were very, very good. They were detailed & efficient in the cleaning & organizing. They were personable & punctual. I will be using them again.

Tania and her crew provided a deep cleaning which included:1. mopping and vacuuming2. cleaning bathrooms - toilets, showers/tubs/sinks3. dusting including window sills, ceiling fans and light fixtures4. cleaning appliances including the double oven and stove top5. wiping down all woodwork including kitchen cabinets and living room wall paneling6. washing windows inside The house looked clean and smelled clean when they were finished. I did have a few spider webs left on the kitchen wall as well as a few walls that have dirt or food splattered on them. But with all the work that had to be done, she and her crew did a very good job. I would hire her again.

I was very happy with the quality of service provided. My only complaint is that initially, Tania quoted me a price of $100. Midway through the cleaning, she called and asked to raise the price. I agreed to $150.

We were very pleased with both cleanings. The first was $300, the second and subsequent visits will be $120. We intend to continue doing business with her.

They are on time or call to make sure I am going to be home. The only problem I have is they send a different person every time. Some of the people do not do as good as others. Some times I am really pleased and others I see things that were done better before. I will continue to use them.

I've been using Tania's cleaning services for 5 years, I've come to know them and trust them with all household chores, besides house cleaning they have done laundry and organize closets for me. Tania is very professional and supervises her team well, I've had to change cleaning days in the past but they are always very supportive to accommodate my changing schedule. I like the fact that they bring everything to clean my house, I never have to worry about having cleaning supplies for them. I would recommend their services to anyone.

She came in and did general household cleaning. My experience with her was positive. She did the job well.

Cleaning job was very good, but, pricing was per room, ect..., is different for different people.

They do a great job and I will continue to use them.

I feel that her pricing is a little bit high, but there are not a lot of options here. They do have to drive a fair distance and she is compensating for the drive in the amount that she is charging which is understandable. They do a good job. I found that I have to be very specific in detail about what things that I expect them to clean. So after going through a period of orientation to what they do on their own and what I have to tell them to do, kit hasn’t proved. They are very good, reliable and courteous. Overall I am very satisfied.

Their estimate was dependent on the size of the house and was reasonable. My experience with them was very good. She was very co-operative and very acceptable. My interaction with them was very good. They were willing to do whatever I asked for but with a cost involved. I may use them in the future.
