Need a couple of adjustments on the nozzles

ok sprinkler need a repeir after that from somebody else

the web page is very misleading it says call for free estimate but what they don't mention is that if you do not have the work done the estimate is free but there is a $90 trip charge.

Thought sprinkler heads were going to be replaced in tune up price. It only included the diagnosis of heads out and leak locations. Quote to fix was more than paid previously so that service was declined

They did not charge any extra, because what we need is a similar sprinkler head, and it was a different account. But he never came back. They called me and he said the office girl was going to call me and set an appointment, and to this day they have not called. He was on time. The price was right. Like I said he never called back to get another appointment. He should have called already. He was on time. They day he came he was on time. He knew what he was doing. I would look for him again on Angie's list.

Thats been doing very very well. I would give them a real big A. They had to come out here and work in real bad conditions. They came out and did what we asked for. They didn't have to tear up the yard any more than you have to. They took everything and did everything exactly how we wanted. We had them come back to tweak the system once. Actually they came back to show me how to do it. They came back to show me how to change the time that I was doing. It took them 2 days. They did a great job for us. We checked prices everywhere and they were some of the best pricing and some of the best people to do the work that I have seen. They said they would be here at that time and they were here.

They worked in real bad conditions, rainy and everything else. They came out and did everything we asked them for. They didn't tear up the yard anymore then they had to to put sprinkler system in. They took everything and did everything exactly how we wanted. They had to come back and tweak the system just once. Actually, they came back to show me how to do it. They showed me how to change the time and stuff. The job took them two days. They did a great job for us. We checked prices everywhere and they were some of the best pricing and the best people to do the work that we seen.

It was good. In fact, if I had another problem and I would want to get him.

The service guy did not arrive. When I tried to reschedule, I was told that he had moved to Fort Worth and they were no longer servicing Austin.

The estimate was about $3800 to start and then they went up to about $500 more, about $4300. For price, I'm working with another company, but they're actually charging more, but they're giving me a better guarantee. I would give a "B" because they went up and didn't specify that the quote was only good for a certain number of days. When I asked why they went up, they said it was because they weren't making any money. I probably wouldn't use them again. Not that there's anything wrong with the company, it's just that I didn't like that they went up on the quote.

Waited two weeks for any type of response from this company to schedule a consultation. I also left a couple of phone messages with no response. Angie's List refunded my money when requested. Don't waste your time with this company

The man arrived promptly, was extremely professional and helped with all I had needed. He made recommendations, some that I acted on, some I did not. There was no high pressure to do anything above and what I had signed up for, but I was glad to get some extra things done. I would highly recommend their services.

Perfect! The trench they had to dig isn't even noticeable. They checked out the adjacent sprinkler zone and made adjustments to it out of kindness. I have already placed a call for a full irrigation check on all 15 zones....... my only regret is that I didn't include that in the original work order. This will be the third time I have used them!

It was generally a good experience.

Paid a premium and expected the job would be done professionally. I arrived home on the day of the project and there was one guy on the job sleeping on my front porch. Had several quality problems I had to address. The reason I paid a premium for the work is so I don't have to constantly oversee the project and manage it. They were unable to locate a standard size red brick so I found one in about 15 mins of effort; picked it up myself. Had to fix several issues and asked if they could cut the bushes before mulching and that was never done. Honestly poor performance.

They were very efficient and hard working. The area looks very good.
