Description of Work: AirCo phoned me 1 hr/30 minutes before the appointment to ask me questions about my air unit. They were the exact same questions that were asked me when the appointment was made. This time, though, I was told they would not be able to help me and gave me the name of another provider to call. Obviously they must have gotten a more lucrative client to service and I was cast away. I scheduled my day off around the service appointment. I am very upset with this company and will spread the word of their poor customer service.
