Excellent Service. Ricardo was a knowledgeable technician. Evaluated and repaired the HVAC efficiently and effectively. Extremely satisfied with the work performed. Based on my experience with all the staff I came into contact with, I would recommend AirCo. A very satisfying experience.

On Dec 6, 2023 I purchased and paid cash for a new HVAC unit and complete duct work. Within a week the unit was replace due to a "mechanical defect". The 2nd unit also did not work correctly and several people came through my house on different dates to figure out the issue which was never resolved. I had another HVAC company diagnose the issues. They found damaged wiring, a leak in the valve, no refrigerant in the system, and unknown damage to the compressor due to no refrigerant. AirCo denied these were the issues but failed to give a reasonable explanation for the unit not to work properly. During this time I received 2 letters from a bank denying a home improvement loan of which I never applied for because I paid cash. After a lot of finger pointing David, the salesperson, finally admitted he made the application unknowingly to me and without my approval. I requested, which then turned into demands, that AirCo remove the system and reimburse me in full. After more people came tromping through my house, which at this point was an invasion of privacy, AirCo agreed to remove the system and reimburse me in full. While removing the system they dropped the unit in my attic, above my office, so hard I almost ducked under my desk, This created a crack in my ceiling, popped nails in my ceiling and wall. After the techs left with the unit and duct work they refused to reimburse me until I signed a release form. This was not our agreement. I sent a demand email and certified letter letting them know I would be filing against them in court for reimbursement, damages, and punitive damages referencing Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) which protects Texas consumers from false, misleading, or deceptive business practices. Exactly one month later I was reimbursed for the unit only, the day before I filed in court, and without AirCo accepting any responsibility.

We had a significant leak in our front yard and AirCo sent their amazing plumbing team out to resolve the problem. They were fast, reliable, honest, and well-equipped to handle the issue. We will use them again for all our needs.

My experience with AirCo couldn’t have been better. The reps were a pleasure to deal with and Arturo, the tech, was awesome. I ended up purchasing the maintenance plan save will be purchasing one for my 2nd property.

Dehumidifier installed and worked great! The circuit board had a serious glitch, so the company came out and installed a new one after it failed.

The whole process from beginning to end has been great. They came out for a service check up and confirmed our suspicions that the system was in rough shape. Within 30 minutes a rep was out to talk about installing a new system and the next day it was done. Everyone we've dealt with across the board has been terrific. Would highly recommend them.

Fixed. Problem was electronic switch shutting off system due to condensation backing up in piping. Electronic switch worked to stop overflow.
