I am not sure about her response we have reached out several times to resolve this with out response I have verbally and emailed a apology for our mistake Willard uses straight forward prices calcutaed by a 3rd party company. The tech chose the wrong price for the repair by mistake I called mrs Simmons after I was made aware of this and apologized and refunded the service call to her even offered a maint policy for a year for Free for our mistake . What else can I do mistakes happen but I believe have you handle the mistake is a true testimate of the integrity of a company Willard is prepared do within reason to make all our customers happy 100% of the time I am sending a copy of the email I sent mrs Simmons trying to resolve this This is what I sent I don't understand the comment that you made , we reached out and apologized for our mistake offered the call for free and explained to you what had happened that the technician it made a mistake and quoted the wrong amount in his flat rate pricing guide , the tech felt so bad he offered to go and apologize in person but I didn't think that was necessary we thought you understood and accepted our apology but I guess I was wrong. you still gave us a negative comment , that hurts the integrity of my company. I want you to know myself and all of my employees at Willard Heating and Air strive every day to uphold and deliver the highest level of honesty and integrity to our customers. Again let me tell you I am very sorry that this happened and that I would like to make this right so in the future we could continue or business relationship. As a business owner yourself I'm sure you understand that's all I can do is offer my apology and hope we can work it out. I would like to meet with you in person if possible to apologize and work through this. I always stress to my employees always be honest with our customers if we make a mistake own up to it that's how you tell the true integrity of a company how they handle their mistakes all I can do again is apologize and hope we can work this out Thank you ! I have already voided the Invoice and have marked it in the notes that if we happened to receive the check to return to sender, so I am so glad it showed up. I was unaware of your dissatisfaction with Willard and want you to know we personally are striving to give each customer the best possible customer service around. I hope in time we can earn your business back.
