I was told there would be a minimum amount of money due for the initial visit. the problems I was having with my generator stumped the technician. He tinkered with it and actually got the thing kinda working. Because it was not 100% fixed, Generator Authority left me a voice message saying they would not charge me. How's that for professionalism?"

Few days later, he came back (March 30, 2023) and was supposed to fixed it but it took him long enough to do the work. He charged me for another service even though the light wasn't fixed properly. 1st invoice was $296 and and the 2nd invoice was for $198. I paid for everything but project hasn't been completed up until today."
