Rain Leak Solutions

Description of Work: No service was provided, although the provider made 3 appointments and didn't show up or call. I was extremely disappointed!

Description of Work: This deal showed up in my email box on 12-20-12. I called as suggested to inquire about additional costs and no one answered so I left a voicemail message with my phone number on his cell phone. Neither he nor anyone returned my call and the offer expired. This is an unprofessional way to do business. Why does someone run an offer if they aren't going to honor it.

Description of Work: The initial service was a little tricky to set up but he said he was temporarily shorthanded with a partner who was out with a serious illness. That was ok. He came and report was nothing great but ok. We had a small issue that needed attention on the roof. We asked him to do the repairs (not all he recommended) and he agreed. We had a terrible time scheduling. Left messages he delayed returning then much phone tag. Finally, when he did set a date and time for work, he didn't show up. He has many excuses and bottom-line, doesn't deliver. We hired another company that came out promptly to check the issue, then returned promptly to perform the work so there was nothing inherent in the job that caused the problem with this vendor. Our greatest upset is that while he was delaying and failing to appear, we had heavy rain that caused additional damage.

Description of Work: Randy checked the attic, roof, chimney,etc. for any problem areas. We talked about the problems we knew about and anything he noticed, and what we'd like to have him do to correct . He and his partner were backlogged and he was to call me. Didn't hear from him. I called back 2 or more times and he was always going to get back with us, but never did. I really liked him and he was very personable and spent his time going over what we could do, and so I was pretty surprised when he fizzled out! You wouldn't let me off without flling in a rating. At the time he was there, I was impressed with him, but I don't feel that I got my $69.50 worth, and was disappointed with the total outcome.

Description of Work: rain coming in (lots of it) kitchen windows from unknonw leaks. Had two handyman services seal/ix them--and they still leaked. This gentleman seems to have figured this one out--two rain storms since he fixed them, thus far, no leaks! He is good!
