Randy is a great guy. He is knowledgeable, skilled at what he does and above all, he is honest and will give you a fair price that is very reasonable. I was in a bit of a panic since water brings several secondary issues with it, and had another highly rated company come out (LeakTrackers) who gave me an estimate that was 10 times higher than what I ended up paying Rain Leak Solutions. Randy will not try to take advantage of your situation and will get the job done. I had a problem with two windows which Randy fixed on his first visit. But one of the windows had a secondary issue (unrelated to what Randy) fixed and Randy stood by his warranty and came out to address it at no additional cost. My only constructive criticism would be that it was a bit difficult to get a hold of someone and schedule an appointment. Randy and his team are extremely busy. I hope they can scale so its a bit easier to schedule.

Process went smoothly. After the work was done, our window leaks stopped. Price was in the middle range.

Dreadful experience. We attempted to schedule Rain Leak Solutions on several occasions. We were advised that their case load was extremely heavy. We responded we simply wanted our place in line. We went through the channels Randy recommended including phone conversations and filling out their online form. We actually scheduled an inspection for a Friday morning. Nobody showed up. I finally called Randy to inquire the status of our appointment (now 1 hour late) and he seemed surprised to hear from me. Apparently he simply forgot the appointment. This after a couple of calls and the online request. Randy simply said he was too busy and could not schedule me at any time. I feel he could have at least call and cancelled or rescheduled our appointment after I cleared my busy schedule to accommodate his.

The service was excellent. I like that when he gave me a quote it was exactly what he quoted, no surprise charges. We had him come back to do some more work.

I told him to call or email me when he caught up. I followed up with several emails with no response. I called and he said he would get back to me. Never did hear back.

There were no additional charges. They did that. The job was the issue. They had to do a better installation on the material that they use. The price was okay for the work.

I bought a deal in late 2013. He was very busy d/t promotion and said he would phone in February to schedule. I phoned in March(had forgotten all about this until I got on to my account) and he still was unable to schedule. He was good about contacting me until this time when he just stopped. I eventually requested a refund from Angie's list for the deal. This was actually a good thing as I found out Fort Worth will provide this service free as part of the utility bill paid monthly.

Rain Leak Solutions kept telling me over and over that they were over booked and would get to me. They never did. I finally talked to the owner, and was told that Angie's List should have refunded my money, since they never did the work. I have been contacted twice by Angie's List regarding this, and informed them both time that the work was never done... and never got a refund... still waiting.

I have been trying to get this guy to come out and do the masonry repairs since I bought the Angie's List Big Deal over a year ago. First he said he was swamped with work, and asked me to be patient, which I have been. Then he said his crew quit on him. It's been one excuse after another since then. He has scheduled numerous times with me to come out and do the work, but he never shows and doesn't call. Now I can't get him to respond to my phone calls or email messages. I just want my money back.

It went fine. It took a while for them to get to it because they were so busy. Once they got here they did a great job. It cost whatever the price offered. The price was excellent.

They did the inspection and gave me multiple suggestions about how to improve the waterproofing in my house.

When we initially scheduled the appointment, they were responsive and got back to me quickly. We had them do more than three doors and there were additional cost. They completed the work through the deal and they did a great job on it. When they were here, they were real professional. However, they looked at some other stuff that I was thinking about having done as well. We have a sliding glass door in our bedroom that leaks when it rains and they said that could fix it. They did all of the measuring and they were supposed to get back to me but they did not. I was pretty disappointed with that.

He did exactly what he was supposed to do and he did it with a smile on his face. The only problem I have, and it didn't have anything to do with the work that he did, we have 3 killer cats and the reason that we have door stripping is the cats were trying to get into the house so they kept scratching away all the lining so he suggested something that he could do, would be to put something there that would keep the cats from doing that. It was a separate deal and he would need to go get some materials and he would be back the next day, and of course I will be paying extra for that, but he never showed. But, the worked that he was called to do, he did very well, when he said he was going to do it. When I called him, he answered the phone and I think he was here within a day or two. He came when he was supposed to.

After we got through all the scheduling issues, the masonry went well. However, some of the sealing around the door wasn’t applied correctly, so we can’t completely shut the door. I’ve not been able to get them back out to fix it and I probably wouldn't use them again.

We contacted Randy based on a referral. It was a little difficult to connect, but he got back with me and came out to the house to look at a leak we had been experiencing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He left with a promise to have an estimate to us by the end of the weekend. We really liked him and were looking forward to working with him. Unfortunately, that's the last time we ever heard from him. We never got an estimate or contact from him again. I left several voicemails with all of my contact info in case he lost it, but still never got a response. I'm sure he's a great guy and does good work, we just couldn't get him to respond.

I love them. They were very good. I actually ended up hiring him to paint my house. They're courteous. They're fast and dependable.

He was very busy, over booked. It took him a while to come out but he did and repaired the cracks in the wall. However within four months they were all cracked again. Service was okay. Won't use him again.

It was great and they did a great job. They got the job done in about an hour. The owner was really nice and professional.

It went okay. They left, I had to call them back since the door didn't really close well. They finally got it to where it would close but it didn't wind up being as aesthetically attractive.

They did okay and there was nothing disappointing.

I saw the results in my energy bill. Very courteous and helpful. I plan to use them again as they also have someone that does trim work. Thanks Angie's List for introducing me to Rain Leak Solutions!

Yes, Randy did excellent work, but it took 6 months or more for him to get to me. He finally completed my masonry work in approx. late July 2013. During the months of waiting for him he told me that he had lost his business, but after reading some very recent reviews (October 2013) he seems to still be in the Rain Leak Solutions business, and he is telling them the same thing he told me in about April, 2013 about losing employees and getting behind because of the popularity of the Angie's List deal. I originally paid for 4 hours of masonry work through an Angie?s List deal, I emailed him that I was ready to have the work done and he responded that he would call me next week to schedule a day and time. I did not hear from him so I emailed, called and texted him and finally heard from him. He apologized and said he would call me next week to setup an appt. This happened many, many times. I tried to be patient because I had heard good things about his work. He finally finished my mortar work in late July 2013. I only stuck with him that long because I had paid the money up front and I was determined to get my work done. He did an excellent job but he is obviously not a good businessman. I will not be that patient with any contractor in the future.
