They scheduled fine. I thought they did a good job. They provided easy solutions because one of the doors was not easy to do. We did come up with a solution, not perfect but I think it was as perfect as we could because it was warped. He did two other doors and those were fine. He gave me some pointers on some windows and things. Not things that he can do but he gave suggestions. He was generally very professional. I asked him about some other stuff that he could do and I thought he would get back to us with some kind of a bid and he did not. Other than that, it was fine. The quality was very good. He definitely was on time and he did the work professionally.

Fine. crew came to install weatherproofing. There system would not work on our door. Company issued refund.

They were great. We had no problem with them whatsoever. He did a wonderful job. He was just outstanding. I mean pricewise, everything. These guys are just awesome. I wouldn't complain about anything with them. Actually, I am going to use them again. I have some more spots that need to be done. I have to get a couple of more dollars together. I've recommended him to a couple of other people.

Have some other repairs that I will contact him again for.

They did a great job. Apparently the person that did the caulking originally didn't use the right stuff so they had a little harder job of it. They managed to suffer through it and get it done in a timely manner on a cold day. I asked them to quote a few things but they haven't followed up on that. I'm wasn't in a hurry for it. The price was worth it because I didn't want to do that job. It looked great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. Part of the offer was a report with results or information found and we never got the report. I reached out to him and go no response so I called and left a message. He did return that call and gave some reasons why he hadn't responded. He lost some help and didn't have anybody to help him with the business. He said that he would get the report out the next day. That was 2 or 3 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. I've followed up twice and he responded once but he didn't do what he said he would do. The price was fair for the inspection. He came approximately when we said after we scheduled the appointment. He was professional in his walk through and dealing with us but he didn't follow up.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special purchase for this service. I also had some extra work done for between $100 and $200. The installer has a really good company and tries very hard.

Terrible - You've had my money for 6 months and I still haven't had any services performed...this guy is so unorganized/unprofessional it's a joke. Excuses, excuses, excuses.

We had a leak in our house for a couple of years. Actually, probably since we moved in, but we just did not notice it right away. It only leaked when the rain was very heavy and blowing. It ruined the carpet and baseboards in one area of our house. I wanted to replace the carpet, but could not do anything until the leak was fixed. We had several companies come out and try to fix it, from roofers to general contractors, but it still leaked. No one could identify the source of the leak. Some even wanted to knock out all of the brick with no guarantee it would be fixed and could not match the replacement bricks. We even tried to pinpoint the problem ourselves, with no luck. Finally, we called Rain Leak Solution. Randy Clyde came out and looked around. We asked him to come right after a rain so he could see where the problem was. He was fairly prompt in getting to us. He explained what he thought would fix the problem and gave as a fair quote. He seemed very knowledgeable about water penetration. He returned in a reasonable time and completed the work in a couple of days. I have waited to write this review to get through a few really good rains. Finally - No Leaks! Not only did he fix the leak, but it looks great as well.

My experience is that some companies get overwhelmed with responses to Big Deals and they fall apart. This company handled the situation very well. They sent emails to everyone acknowledging that they were behind, and asked for input on prioritizing work (people who needed work done for sales/home showings, etc.). My work was not high priority, so it took some time to get the work done, but I appreciate that they followed up and did not allow the overwhelming response to harm their quality of work. The work was done in a timely and quality manner.

Supplier was overwhelmed by the response on Angies list, so he needed more time to schedule that appointment. That was ok with me, but I didn't like his explanation in emails that he was not making any money on the offer. When they did show up, I asked them to do the bottom of the door (willing to pay extra) and only do 2 doors instead of 3. They couldn't do the bottom that day and said they would come back to finish. Never heard from them again.

The repair went very well. The repairman was able to replace the damaged roofing tiles which kept the rain from leaking inside the house.

I enjoyed speaking with Randy Clyde and he seemed willing to do the job. We initially had some scheduling conflicts and I had to continually follow up with him. But once he came to the property, he was efficient and thorough, and I was quite satisfied with his work (Overall A). Where I have an issue with this provider is that when it came time for additional follow up and scheduling of some additional work, he totally disappeared and could not (or would not) return my calls or emails. I was very shocked by this and felt that maybe there was something wrong. But after nearly a week of no response I have to assume this provider does not want repeat customers and is unable to fulfill his commitments. If I did not need the additional work and had not tried to reach out to him, I would have given this provider a B+/A-. Be careful if you select the provider: very knowledgeable and appeared to be fair, but not very good follow up or being accessible via email, phone or text.

I live in Southlake, TX and I purchased the Big Deal on December 12, 2012 given that I needed to have brick work repaired on a column in my fence that surrounds my property. I also had work that needed to be done for a crack on my chimney that I was worried about in terms of water damage. Today is May 16, 2013 and I still do not have any work from Rain Leak Solutions scheduled to be managed on my property. It was not until late March that Randy came out to my property and that was AFTER I CALLED to determine the status of my Big Deal. I honestly believe that if I had not called him, there would have been no contact between Randy and myself with respect to the purchase that I made for the Big Deal. Randy eventually came to my property a weak after that call and he talked a good game upon arriving, but in the end, he only proved that he is all smoke and no fire. He promised what he could do to solve my problem and basically never showed up to perform the work. In corporate America, this is the BIGGEST RED FLAG of all, so I can see why he is working for himself. Eventually, he called one day in early April and established that he would be there the next day. I looked at the forecast after our conversation and knew it was projected to rain but I figured he knew this given that he works outside in the elements. Nonetheless, I took off work and re-arranged my schedule and Randy NEVER even called to establish he would not show up. At this point, I did not call him back. He WILL be refunding my Big Deal (WITH INTEREST) once I contact Angie's List and I hope he quits this line of work and goes into used car sales where he belongs. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY PEOPLE. INTEGRITY IS NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD HAVE TO CONCERN YOURSELF WITH.

He was behind because of so many responses on his special bur Randy emailed and stated so. Randy and his team did a great job. I have one corner down by the foundation that was not done but overall it went well.

They did a great job once they finally got here. It took about 3 months to schedule the service.

I bought the Angie's List coupon because I had a large crack on the west side of my house. I had been putting it partially because I had no idea how much it might cost. I decided to at least get the large crack repaired when I saw the coupon. Randy emailed soon after purchasing it explaining that he was overwhelmed by the response and with the winter weather and a small crew, he would not be able to get to us all very quickly. I emailed back that I was in no hurry. It did take a while to get through the list, but Randy periodically emailed updates. He prioritized emergencies (leaks). Since I was in no hurry, the wait didn't bother me. When it was my turn, I got a call from Chip Mertz, the mason. We made an appointment. I was not going to be home, so I instructed Chip where to look for the crack and asked him to look at several smaller one also. I was willing to pay for extra hours, but I wanted an estimate. Chip called to reschedule due to rain, but called from my house at the new time. He provided a bid to repair the big crack, the smaller cracks and pointed out the issue with my sills (which my husband had noticed also). Materials and extra hours came to an additional $325. I told Chip to go ahead and that I would be home by 3:30 to give him a check. I was delighted when I saw the finished repair! DELIGHTED! Chip matched the mortar so well and the repair was super neat. The large crack was better than I ever hoped, almost like original. I had to search for the smaller cracks they were done so well! The window sills were all repaired, even ones that weren't really bad. Chip is an artist and I recommend him (and Randy and Rain Leak Solutions) enthusiastically!

I had a chimney leak that no one could find. Randy finally found it after coming by 3 times so I was very pleased. The second and third times he showed up at my house without notice. He also caulked all my windows and fixed the weather stripping on the back door. The weather stripping is now coming off again. On April 3, 2013, Randy was supposed to come by and determine why one of the windows was still leaking. He called and change the time and then never showed up at all. I called him again on the 4th and he never responded. He also adjusted my back fence gate in 2012 and now I can barely get it closed.

Randy sold too many coupons and was very difficult to finally schedule. He arrived on time, but his helper was unable to find the address and Randy had to go locate him. Randy had lost some of his best employees. Randy did great work himself, but his helper's work left something to be desired. Yes, I would use Rain Leak again. I consider this a fair deal, not a great deal.

I have tried to schedule services several times, but they keep sending me emails stating that they are too busy to set up an appointment.

The weather stripping on one door is coming off; it's only hanging on by a thread. I expected it to last more than 3-4 months, and I don't want to be disrespectful. I'd like to give the service provider a chance to fix it, but I can't get ahold of him via phone or internet.
