Description of Work: This was one of Angie's List's big deal's. The provider didn't do anything. He came to my house and I explained what I wanted done which was installing a concrete stoop about 8" x 4'. He said he could do it but since the big deal went out he was swamped and he would never do one of these again. Then the weather got bad. Rained for several days. I didn't hear from him for a few weeks. I finally emailed him. He didn't send a reply for 3 more weeks. When he did reply it was a blanket statement to all of his customers that he stiffed. It basically said; please be patient and that he was under an incredible backlog. So I waited. Two more weeks went by and I sent him another email. Another be patient email came back again. It's been a year!!!! I gave up. How can a get my money back?!?

Description of Work: This was a purchase for a whole-house inspection of windows and doors, in search of leaks/problem areas. _x000D_|Was in contact with the owner very quickly. He was very personable and easy to work with. Unfortunately he went through some big changes within his company shortly after my purchase. These changes resulted in missed communications a no-shows for appointments. We just gave up after a few months. _x000D_|About a year later I received a message from the owner explaining the circumstances. I was very understanding and agreed to set up an appointment for the inspection. Unfortunately once again I did not hear anything back from him.

Description of Work: My purchase was acknowledged with an estimate start date in January due to weather. I was asked to send photos of the work area. I don't upload pics to the computer and felt he should be willing to come inspect the work area. I postponed the work till March. Then he sent an e-mail speaking to all the complaints being lodged on Angie's list and suggesting a refund be obtained vs all the negative comments. Please obtain my refund.

Description of Work: Lots of emails about how far behind he was on the jobs, even came by and looked at the work to be done. But has not completed any work.

Description of Work: Re-pointed mortar on our brick home plus caulked and sealed all areas where water could get in to home. Repaired old mortar work that didn't match, looks great now.

Description of Work: I bought a groupon for $99 for 3 door weatherstrippings in December, 2012. The contractor called me and said it might be February or March because they had a lot of people purchase these. I said no problem. On April 28, I texted him and he replied, "Oh my God! Yes! I am so sorry..." and I have not heard from him since. Apparently he had some staff quit but had not bothered to let me know or contact me with further information.

Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment with the provider for Feb 23, 2013 and they never showed, never called to say they would not show, nor called afterwards to reschedule even though it has been two months. Although I debated contacting them again even though they wasted my entire day waiting for them to show, I have elected not to based on their recent reviews and poor responses to those reviews.

Description of Work: I emailed Randy several times and he emailed me back and asked that I be patient. I emailed him I could wait. Finally I emailed him then called him about 3 weeks ago and set up a Friday appointment for him to look at the job. I already sent him pictures back in December. He never called me or came by. I wasted the whole day waiting on him. I tried to email him to set up another appointment that follwoing Monday but he never responded to my email.

Description of Work: I received random phone messages stating he was in my area and ready to do the work on that day. Since I work away from home, I was not available at such short notices. On the one occasion I actually spoke to him, I gave him a two week window to come by and do the work, but he was a no show. So I got nothing for my money. nothing.

Description of Work: I called rain leak solutions multiple times to schedule service after several weeks an appointment was made. The company never came for the scheduled appointment and never answered any calls after the missed appointment.

Description of Work: The company did an excellent job repairing the crack in the brick exterior of house. They forgot to repair the crack in my sidewalk and I had to call to remind them to come back and finish the job. It took two weeks and the repair left a lot to be desired.

Description of Work: Except for the fact he took on too much work and could not even start the work on our home for over two months the experiece with this contractor was excellent. Very responsible and very high quality work.

Description of Work: If you take a look at the recent reviews for this company, it seems that something has happened. Their grades have fallen from A to F in recent months. My experience was an F. I contacted Randy and set a time for him to come by. He didn't show. I called and the explanation was that he had had to fire one of his helpers and was behing. He said h\that if I could wait he would get back to me in two weeks. Haven't heard from him since.

Description of Work: Just an inspection and a lot of talk. No work. They even told me they don't do Masonry on fireplaces and would send someone from another company to look at my fireplace. That never happened.

Description of Work: The servicer sent a couple of general emails to all who had purchased the service, making excuses why there had been no contact. I replied to the first one indicating that not having the work done immediately was OK. After a couple of months I emailed saying I was going to ask for my money back. His response was less than pleasant. These folks are not anywhere near professional.
