Prompt and accurate service

Everything went real well - 2nd or 3rd time I've used them. Price was lot less than everyone else! Good crew, good work.

The pricing was consistent with the competition. The vendor showed up as anticipated, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up the work location.

The tree trimmers also walked through the yard with me before beginning and asked questions during the process. We also discussed one tree that was in question. I made the final decision to remove the tree based on the first recommendation and this discussion. At the end we had another walk through. The yard looks great. My husband had been reluctant to have the work done, now says it has greatly improved the looks of both the front and back. We are very pleased. They were top notch professionals.

They were excellent. As soon as I messaged the company that I couldn't leave a voicemail, Dale immediately contacted me. They came by, gave me an estimate and did exactly what they promised. Everyone in the company with whom I dealt with was friendly, personable and professional. I will definitely hire them again if the need arises.

I called Monster Tree Service of North DFW Tuesday morning and spoke with Dale Winfrey, the owner. He came out the next day, personally assessed the damage and said he could have a crew out by Friday to remove the limb. He also suggested that his crew trim some of the weight of the remaining branches to avoid future incidents like this. The crew arrived Friday afternoon and removed the limb, but did not trim the branches. Since clearing the limb was my priority, I wasn't too concerned. Figured I'd call Dale later in the week and see if we could make an arrangement. Monday morning, Dale called ME to tell me there'd been an oversight and he noticed the crew hadn't trimmed the trees. He sent a crew out the next day to finish the work. Both Dale and the crews were professional, courteous and thorough. The estimate of the time required was spot on and the price was right in the middle of the expected price range. I was impressed with their quality, promptness and professionalism and would definitely hire them again!

Could not ask for a better company to work with. First of all there is not a language barrier. They take time during the estimate process to ask questions to be sure they know exactly what needs to be done. They arrive when they say they will, are professional while working and do not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Highly recommend them!

Saw Monster on the Internet in my area. Contacted Dale and he responded quickly. He was out to look at the tree the next day, promptly gave me a very competitive bid and we scheduled the work at his convenience which was great for me. The work was done, no mess and we are on our way. Very impressive and if he continues to offer service and a competitive price, he is going to be very very busy!
