They were super efficient trees were gone in no time and they cleaned up the yard really well. They did a great job

They had trimmed my tree about 3 years before. I loved the way it looked and knew I would call them again. My tree was so full and weighted down. One of the limbs had broken off from the weight. It looks so much better now that it's trimmed. The canopy is perfect. I'm sure I will be contacting Monster Tree in the future :)

The only negative part of this appointment was the crew showing up earlier than the time window that was assigned. They did a great job. This company is always reliable and does quality work. Monster Tree always sends out an arborist to go over all of the recommendations. The arborist sends a follow-up email with the proposal and details of the job to be completed. It is all part of the estimate. They trimmed four crape myrtles in the front yard as well as a large pine tree and mimosa tree in the back yard.

We hired them bc I wanted an arborist who knew trees to tell us what was happening. We all agreed the trees needed to be removed. The team showed up on time and what I thought would be an all day work process took just a few hours. But what was most impressive was watching them work. They not only pulled these two huge trees down bit by bit, but they picked up anything they saw fall into the pool, and thoroughly cleaned the entire area when they were done. Then came to the door to make sure I was ok with the cleanliness. I’ve never had trees removed but I can tell you from talking to others that this was just an incredible and rare experience of great work and service.

Excellent service the 3 times I’ve used them. I’ve done 2 tree trimmings and 1 tree removal. The one thing I can say about them is they trim the trees correctly, it’s not a butcher job. The tree removal went smoothly and the stump was ground down. You can’t even tell that a tree was ever there now

Monster arrived about 1 PM (scheduled time). They cut out several huge limbs, many small ones, and ran all limbs into their chipper leaving a very clean yard. The used all safety measures while working up in the tree, (ropes and harnesses)! The entire job was done in less than 2 1/2 hrs.

Perfect experience, very professional and I highly recommend them.

Had the tree cut down, removed and the stump ground down. Several other shrubs were removed at the same time. Although the tree was very tall they removed it in such a way that there was no damage to any other landscaping near by. The tree sat near the building and they were careful of the guttering as well. They cleared out all the debris from the yard and the street. Thank you for being so professional.

They were on-time and cleaned up pretty well. Job took about 2 1/2 hours.

the team was great and super communicative. Provided timely updates and set expectations well. Pricing was very competitive. What I want to commend them on was the fact that we ended up having an issue as a result of the stump grinding. Where most vendors would leave you high and dry to figure things out yourself, they helped resolve all the issues, coordinated other contractors, etc to make sure the problem was resolved. I am extremely grateful for the help and their partnership. I will be a dedicated Customer and advocate for them!

All went well. All work completed to my satisfaction, including requests for additional trimming.

Monster tree service did great work. They were the only tree service company that was very responsive with our request for a quote. And then they did immediate follow up to to check in. And when we did select them, they were prompt and performed everything they said they would. We were very pleased with their service!

It went very well. The estimate was very reasonable and lesser than another competitor's. Dale called and let me know that they were running a bit behind (even though he did not make any promises for a specific time). Three men came and did a good job with the trimming and the cleanup afterwards.
