"I had called another service come give me an estimate to fix my AC. That company did not discuss the problem and what caused it, they just wanted to sell me a whole new system. I then called my home warranty, they sent NexGen Comfort Services. After evaluating my AC's situation, my home warranty would not pay due to the unit not being installed properly in the first place. However, I was so impressed with NexGen I asked them for an estimate. Their estimate did not involve replacing my unit but actually fixing the problem. They fixed the problem as well as brought everything up to code. I am more than pleased with NexGen, they are out to fix the problem, not take advantage of the consumer. Without a doubt if needed, I would not hesitate to call them again and would HIGHLY recommend NexGen Comfort Services. "Charged me $350.00 to install a $18 transformer. Spent less than 30 minutes on property total, Two trips. Didn't check anything else, clean coils check condensing unit- NOTHING. Asked them to adjust the gas for the furnace heat start and they said they didn't have the tools. It takes a screwdriver. I think it was-I don't know how. When I asked their office about the outrageous fee, I was rudely scolded and told they were the cheapest in town."

"A 5ton 16 Seer Trane system was installed by Bassam of so called "Quality1" in 2018. The system was a disaster from the get go. Coil was replaced the same year and a second compressor was installed to replace the original in 2019. Warranty only covers part and I ended up paying Q1 for labor Every time. every summer brings new problems "capacitors, contactor,etc etc". 2022 needed a new compressor (third one). July 2023 compressor need replacement again. I am now stranded with 80 deg in the house. I am getting quotes to install a new system. Never again Trane Never again Quality1"
