 + -1 moreCharged me $350.00 to install a $18 transformer. Spent less than 30 minutes on property total, Two trips. Didn't check anything else, clean coils check condensing unit- NOTHING. Asked them to adjust the gas for the furnace heat start and they said they didn't have the tools. It takes a screwdriver. I think it was-I don't know how. When I asked their office about the outrageous fee, I was rudely scolded and told they were the cheapest in town.
Description of Work: Furnace fan wasn't working.

Description of Work: Have used Jenkins for HVAC service for over 20 years. My father used him even prior to that. He has always been fair and punctual. In April this year I had my complete system (Furnace, Coil and Condensing Unit) replaced. I requested a specific manufacturer of equipment which was not the norm which he sells. He agreed to furnish the equipment requested without hesitation. He arrived when scheduled and completed the job timely.
