Every time I call the AC Lady it is like talking to a trusted family friend. Peggy and Jesse are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Excellent services and fair prices.

They were phenomenal. They did a great job and answered all my questions. They don't advertise and go strictly on referrals.

Peggy responded quickly to my request for service. It was going to be 108 F that day in Keller, TX. I already had a another ac company come over and not even try and fix the leak in the ac coil, just try and sell me a $6,300 new replacement system. Peggy found the leak, showed me what the problem was and gave me my options. It is difficult to find a honest sincere professional air conditioning and heating company, but AC Lady is that company. Peggy treating me fairly and I will only use her company for any future ac work that I need. She is the real deal. Give her a call.

I have been calling the A/C Lady for years. I highly recommend her. She tells me what she is going to do and how much it is going to cost right up front. I never feel cheated! She shows up when she says she is going to and does a great job.

I wanted her to fix my AC, but I was outside of her service area. But what I got was a valuable consultation and a great referral. She spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me, and gave me a real education about my AC problem, and referred me to someone in my area who took care of my problem for $600.00 less than what I was quoted by another company. And that was golden.

Our air just 'went out' suddenly last night - on a Sunday night about 10pm - so I put in a call to Peggy the A/C Lady. My husband and I are also self-employed and we get phone calls at all hours, too, so I knew she wouldn't answer but that I could leave a message. She called me back first thing the next morning and came right out to fix the problem. I can't say enough good things about her. Even though I would have found her through Angie's List, we were actually referred to her by my brother-in-law last year, so I knew how honest, fair, and good she was. Don't even bother to look elsewhere. Peggy is one of those rare finds and those of us who use her services are very fortunate to have found her!

Our a/c 'went out' yesterday. We called Peggy the A/C Lady because we got a good referral for her from someone we knew. She came right out and determined that there was no power getting to the unit and she thought it might be a faulty breaker. She referred us to an electrician who immediately came out and replaced the breaker for $125. The air is back on and everything is great. Peggy did not charge us a penny - not THAT'S great customer service. We will call on her again and recommend her to others!

.The AC Lady has done good work for us in the past. The condensation drain from the air conditioner goes into plumbing pipe. This pipe was clogged and so it was overflowing. This company has done quality work for me in the past and they get back to you right away. That makes me keep calling them back. They seem professional to me. They seem to know what they are doing and they take care of it.

Our breaker had popped, unknown to us, in the previous night's storm. A/C Lady discovered it and even suggested how different vent covers could make the house cooler. They were here only about 25 minutes and didn't charge us anything at all!! We don't see any reason for ever calling another A/C business. They are always friendly and courteous.

Initially, A/C Lady rep came out in Sept 2010 and inspected attic unit, which was OLD and rusty and leaking overflow a LOT. Gave estimate for replacing attic A/C (while matching and retaining heater, which was still good); outside energy efficient compressor, and new run duct to far side of master bedroom. Forward to May 2011, we went ahead with original estimate. Less than a week later, company showed up, had plenty of tech's to perform job. In just a few hours, job was DONE. Very happy with experience. Like the new two directional plastic adjustable duct vent covers. NO PROBLEMS. Did a professional, quick, turn key job.

They did a great job explaining our options and questions and were able to pick up the compressor Sat. afternoon but could not install until Sunday. They informed us of these before buying the compressor to make sure we still wished to use their services since we would have to wait a day. Very nice..

The AC Lady came out and checked out the air conditioner. It turned out the breaker had flipped during the storm the night before. We are not living in the house yet, so we didn't think to check for that. They checked the coolant, went through the house with me to check on the vents, and gave us some excellent advise on perhaps replacing the vents. We had used them at my mother's home before and always feel that they treat us like part of the family. We will use them everytime we need air conditioning help!

We have called her several times now and we have had nothing but positive experiences so far. She is reasonably priced and very responsive. My daughter recommended her to me and I have been very satisfied.

The air conditioner works great. I like that she will never overcharge you or try to sell you more than you need. She works very hard to make sure you are satisfied and even follows up after the work is done. We love her! I highly recommend her to anyone else seeking a good air conditioning person!

Peggy, the A/C Lady, was very polite and knowledgeable. She arrived a little earlier than planned and explained everything to us as she worked. Very friendly and very honest. Pleasant experience. Fixed the problem and didn't try to sell us any additional work. Will call again next time we need heating and A/C work.
