It went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. I was very pleased.

Email him from the Angie's list of providers on a Sunday. He contacted me by email that day and wanted to know if I needed him that day or if tomorrow would be okay. I didn't have an emergency situation which is good cause I didn't get his email until the next day (not his fault, just didn't check my phone). They contacted my husband the next morning and came on out. Took a long time because our line was so long that he had to go get a longer snake to reach the entire line. Great worker and the job was successfully accomplished. He told us that he thought there was a disconnection in our line and we might experience some problems in the future but for right now it was cleared.

I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of Joseph We had two houses with problems. After fixing first house problem he suggested we call the city water dept for the second house. Turned put to be the city's line so he saved us money. Really appreciate competent, honest workers.

We needed help on a Saturday to fix the faucet in the tub. The fixtures were old and not readily available but our tech, Dillion, was able to locate what we needed to be able to shut off water at the faucet. We are impressed with his prompt professionalism and knowledge and will call them again when needed. They gladly accepted the Angie's List coupon Thanks!

It was just one of the most awesome experiences I have had. He didn't charge my for the pool because I am out of their service area so he didn't charge me extra. When he got here in twenty minutes he had it fixed, he had opened it up and he had parts on his truck and he fixed it. I asked him to trouble shoot the parts that other people had starred at and he said no need to worry about it, I can repair that part because it has the pool switch in it.

it worked beautifly for 4 days and the the other side, which showed no weakness when they were here the first time, broke at night! i called first thing the first morning and they were out by noon took care of the problem and did not charge me for the freon. even though they had to recharg with out charging me for something that i lost because the other side broke. all the techs were very professional, clean, freindly like a good firm should be. I would reccomend very highly! I found them here on angie's list!

I thought they were good. They were there and everything was great and very satisfactory. They were good. I'm sure the price was fine because she didn't complain about it or anything.

They did a good job and I would definitely use them again. They also do plumbing and electrical. They are very dependable and good around the kids.

My shower handles would not turn off the water completely and it had a steady drip. The repairman came out and replaced the valve and the faucet handles. He arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area when he finished.

I first contacted Tradesman a while back to get a bid. Joseph was very cordial, polite and thorough. I went back and forth through email until we worked out the details as to what was going to be done and what was expected. We had to reschedule one time on my part. He and his crew showed up as expected on the new date and started right in. He had Dillon, Tony, and Daniel helping him on my job. They were all polite and friendly. I had no problems with any of them. I did not see any questionable behavior on the job site from any of the Tradesman employees. I am very impressed with this company anyway, as I used them many years ago. The job took a total of two days instead of three, and that included finding and redoing a major break in our kitchen drain line. It was old and totally a mess under the house. I thought the added cost was reasonable. Joseph was great when I wanted to add something or do something different as the job progressed. I will definitely use Tradesman again. Tradesman dug up the main waterline and repaired it. I had water running down the street for a few days. After, the technician repaired my problem he fixed a leaky outdoor faucet. I was surprised that they would travel out so far and fix an issue that a local company could not. Initially, I described my problem over the phone and emailed pics from my phone to show Tradesman Services the partial work that had been done. What was quoted over the phone is what I paid. In addition, I was able to save more with the Angie's list coupon.

I had a faucet outside that I was trying to replace, and it ended up breaking off, leaving a whole in the wall with water spraying out. So, I had to turn the water off to the whole house. Luckily, Tradesman was able to squeeze me in their schedule pretty quick and came out to fix my faucet. The service was fast, the work was great, the technician was very polite and professional, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of my friends.

The overall experience was great. The office set up a day for the work to be done and the completed the work as promised. I was also able to get a discount with the coupon that was on Angie's List.

The serviceman was professional in his work on this. He stayed on task until the job was finished. He communicated well his purpose and goal pertaining to the job.

The technician phone to state that he was in the area, to find out was anyone home. He arrived a few minutes before scheduled time, which was great. He greeted my son and began to test the unit. He informed my son that unit might need an ignitor that would cost $164.00 if that was the problem. I spoke with him by phone to find out if the service charge which I paid (coupon included) would be a part of the fee to fix the unit. He stated "no". I also asked if he was sure that was going to work he stated that he was not sure until he replaced the part. I asked if it wasn't what was needed (the ignitor) would additionally repairs and service fee be added. He stated yes because if it wasn't the ignitor he would be something else, because of his uncertainty, I decided to wait for another opinion.

When I telephoned Tradesman, 12/4/12 after seeing them on Angie's List, I was greeted by Sonya, a most pleasant, friendly, and helpful person. She also told me of a coupon online for their services. A plumber was scheduled to come for an estimate on 12/5/12, and the work was accomplished on 12/6/12. I was telephoned prior to each arrival. It was a difficult task as there was a great deal of sludge in the bottom of the water heater and draining the heater was almost an impossibility. Ronny, the plumber, took his time and did not mar the wood floors. Everything was clean when he left. They scheduled the city inspector for today, 12/7/12, and the inspector approved the installation. Prior to Tradesman, American Home Shield with whom I had a contract, had contracted with Pipe Down Killeen, to come to repair the heater. The entire transaction with Pipe Down was unsatisfactory and although out-of-pocket costs were more by not using the AHS plumber, I am pleased with my decision and my choice of Tradesman. Tradesman also gave me a 10% senior discount.

The office called when the serviceman was on the way and gave me an estimated time of arrival and it was exact. Two men arrived and they were clean, polite, and efficient. They quickly did the repair and cleaned the area. The repair work was explained to my satisfaction. I would use them again.

They were very prompt, professional, pleasant individuals. They diagnosed and repaired it very quickly. They did a good job.

I was really pleased with their work, so I referred them to my mother. They did plumbing on the refrigerator and fixed my back door for no extra charge. I called them a week later because my A/C needed repair. He came out and quoted me a price that I thought was reasonable. I was very impressed for them because they were nice and seemed very christian. My mother was very unpleased. They quote you an all inclusive price, but then they charge much more. They charged her much more than they should have for parts. My mother is elderly, but my sister lives with her and had the same impression of the work. A different worker dealt with my mother. If anybody uses them just be very clear about everything you want done for the money.
