They have always been excellent. They have to come a long way. I am out in the country. They are worth it. They're worth it, that's all there is to it; although they are somewhat more expensive.

They coordinated with the tenant, showed up on time, gave me an estimate and performed the work as scheduled. They are the fastest call back I have ever received from any online service.

I reviewed the terms of the coupon and bought the coupon. I chose 3 days and times as indicated. No call was received by Tradesman so I called. Tradesman was confused by the call to them and called back stating that they no longer provide this service as listed in Angie's List with the coupon purchased.

The job went well. I was so confident and satisfied with the service I received. The service guys were polite and made sure the area was clean before leaving. Joseph inspected all areas, ensuring the work complete. He also provided a few tips for me. This company rates an A+!

One company estimated a week before they could effect the repair to the main water line but Joseph showed up about an hour after I contacted the company, and provided me with an estimate of what needed to be done and cost to include how it would be repaired. Work started early the next day and continued all day until the repair was completed, except for the inspection needed by the city and covering up the line. All workers were professional and worked continuously all day in Texas hot weather. The timeliness of this repair was well appreciated due to the nature of the leak and Joseph understood our concern and acted appropriately. The cost of the repair was in the range I expected it to be, especially since it was the main water line which ran under the driveway. All my questions, and I had many, were quickly answered throughout the process. I am recommending this company to my neighbors.

This is my second experience with Tradesman. After meeting with Joseph, I choose not to seek another company's estimate. Joseph was professional, articulate, and knowledgeable in his products. Joseph installed a new 50 gallon hybrid water heater and an ADA compliant commode. The work was completed promptly and neatly. Joseph and his brother went beyond the scope of their job as they were aware of my physical limitations. I highly recommend Joseph and the Tradesman for having the good judgment to hire such an exceptional person and plumber.

The service went very well. Caleb arrived at the time designated. He was very thorough and professional. Only a few issues needed addressing which was surprising since this unit is pretty old.. One of the issues i was aware of and decided to have it fixed while he was here. The other issue he felt would be okay for a while.He did not pressure me to fix issues and I thought he was honest and upfront. He spent several hours and I feel he did a very good job. I would use them again.

Very good. They arrived. Professional and quiet. The AC unit outside was very clean. The tech suggested another service, which we may do in the future.

They did a great job. The customer service was excellent. He was very polite and quick. The price was excellent.

He did his tune up and explained what he did and what is a good setup for temperature.

Friendly and helpful. Fairly conscientious. Identified the problem. Costly part but they had a similar motor barely used and sold at about half the cost of a new one. Showed up near end of day. But stuck around for a total of about 3 hours into the evening to get it done. Not a cheap part, so his time was paid for with that and the service call. But it was s cold night, the furnace was in the attic, but he did a good job and was friendly the entire time. Good representative for this company. Good guy good worker. First time using this company but not the last.

The company was quick to respond to the request for services and setup appointment right away. On the day of the appointment Tradesman's service center call to inform me that the technician was in route. The technician performed all the services in a timely manner and was quick to answer all of my questions. I requested of the technician two additional services be performed and he accomplished those task with ease.

The technician was on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous

it went well. the ac system is functioning better now. it does not stay on all day like it did before. house feels cooler.

I purchased the Angies List AC Check that was offered. Tradesman Services scheduled me on the same day that the offer was purchased and on the first day and time that I requested. Technician Caleb arrived at 8:30,my doorbell was not working and I received a telephone call letting me know that he was outside of the house. He asked if it was okay for him to park in the driveway. He came in with another technician and completed the AC Service. Recommendations were made in the end, but I did not feel pressured to get them done today. My AC did pass. Caleb was very professional and when he was talking to me if I did not understand something he explained everything to me so that I understood.

Tradesman came out to assess my old AC unit on Thursday the previous week. The old unit had been working off and on and leaking water. Tradesman offered different options as far as fixing the problems, but I just wanted a new system due to multiple costly fixes in the past on the unit by other contractors. When I told Tradesman I wanted a new system they gave me different cost options and ordered the unit as soon as I decided which one I wanted. They came out on Monday and worked all day long to get my new unit in and us have cool air that night. There were some issues that weren't their fault. My hot water heater and old AC unit shared a drain line (I think that was the issue, not 100% sure) and when they put in the new unit they had to drain the hot water heater and move it up a few inches to have the 2 things work properly. Well when the hot water heater was refilled and turned on again it wasn't heating my water. The guy that came to put in the AC tried to fix it but he is not a plumber so was not sure. It was already late at this time so I told them to go home. A plumber came back early the next day and said both heating elements were out and they fixed both at NO CHARGE. I told the office manager that I thought one of the heating units was already out because before this happened we ran out of hot water quickly. I told him I wanted to pay for part of the repairs because I thought part of the problem was ours. He would accept NO MONEY for this, he stated it was their problem and wanted to make it right. I was very very very pleased with this company. They are not trying to do peopled wrong, just make an honest living. I would recommend them to anyone. The AC unit is working great!!

It went very well and I will call them out again and again when I have problems.

I was scheduled for an appointment the day after I called to have my plumbing fixed. They gave me an apporximate time and called when they were headed my direction and arrived close to the original appointment time. The plumber was very professional. I was not home when he arrived, my mother-in-law was there. The blumber called with an estimate before he started then called me back after the work was done with a total price and let me know everything that he did. I was very pleased with the visit.

The system seems to be working better and i am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Caleb from Tradesman Services. He was extremely professional and didn't try to up-sell us on anything we didn't actually need. He cleaned up after himself and was courteous the entire time.. I will definitely use them the next time I need my HVAC system serviced. A++ Update: I am not sure what he did to our A/C system but it doesn't not work properly at ll now. Many times it won't even turn on at all. I am not sure if it has something to do with the booster he installed on the compressor or what, but right now it is 90 degrees in my house and I am p*****. The A/C had issues before like the condensate drain clog, but it always worked. It seems it will not turn on at all now.

They were really great; they are very good. When I called them the first time they responded in less than twenty-four hours. They took care of the problem, and I will give them A+ on everything. They were very efficient, very well dressed technicians, their equipment was in order in their tool boxes, the repair was done by the owner himself both the times. The unit broke at midnight and he was sitting here at 8 o'clock in the morning. They have a big team of the crew.

Completed all work with a warranty on all work. Technician was prompt and cleaned up after completing the work. Overall, satisfied with service.

They even had the part on the truck. I will call them any time something goes wrong with the pool heater or AC again.

My water heater started leaking during the night but the pan directing the flow into the drain. Selected Tradesman Services LTD off of Angie's list and called in the morning at 9:00 am. Discussed my options with Don, a very knowledgeable dispatcher. He gave me some options and I made my selection of Water Heaters. Joesph brought out the new water heater, removed the old one and installed the new water heater that afternoon when I could meet him at the house. It was all done in an hour and would not have taken that long except that the old water heater had to drain. He was very efficient and professional. He took precautions not to damage the wood floor while removing the old water heater. I definitely will use their plumbing services again.
