They came out when they said they would to fix the fallen tile. They used some adhesive tar and tile nail to secure the tile. They also caulked around the tile. When the tile fell it hit the side of our house putting a hole in our stucco. They filled that in as well. My husband liked Roger right away. They were courteous and professional at all times. They will be back in a few weeks tto do some more work. Since they did such awesome work so far ( looks better than original), we look forward to it.

Great. This is the third house that Roger has done the roof for us. In the first he completely replaced the roof, around 1997, and since then partial roof repairs and annual maintenance. He always gives me a written estimate and written warranty.

Arrogant attitude, unfriendly.

They came and did the job but 6 months later, I still had an issue. The gentleman did come out and told me he was going to fix it and he did and I still continue having an issue. When I asked them to come back he pretty much told me he wasn't going to service my home anymore because it was a different area. I'm not going to deal with him anymore. He is courteous and prompt. He is professional up to a certain point. The price was comparable to everybody else.

From the moment you meet him, you know he is a man you can trust, which is very important when it comes to the type of work we entrusted him with. He was always on time. He answered all our questions with patience. His recommendations when it came to materials, color, type of shingles etc. were very useful. He completed the job on time (2 1/2 days) His personnel is friendly and respectful They cleaned up their work area every day (they even made sure no oil spills from their refuse truck would stain my driveway, which I greatly appreciated) When the job was finished, Mr. Romero was not satisfied with a minor cosmetic detail, so he sent a member of his crew a couple of days after the job was officially finished to make the changes he considered were necessary. You can trust Mr. Romero to do what he says he is going to do on time and withing the budget. You may probably find someone who will do the job for a lower price but Mr. Romero's quote and final price was within what home insurances pay for a quality change of roof with quality materials and great professional service.

Being desperate to find a reputable roofing company I went on Angie's List and read all the reviews from A and B rated roofing companies. After four estimates we decided to go with Roger Romero Roofing LLC for the following reasons: Mr. Romero was the only one who did not rush through the appointment. Following our phone call Mr. Romero came prepared with a ladder on his trailer to go upon the roof; the other estimators did not. We talked about the problems we were facing since we built the house in 2005 and what additional work we would like to have done. Even though we knew already that we wanted the Owens Corning Duration True Definition shingles, Mr. Romero gave us additional information on the products that his company uses and that the work will take about 2 1/2 to 3 days to complete. After Mr. Romero took the measurements he said we would have an estimate in a couple of days in our e-mail. When I received the e-mail and opened up the attached file I wanted to hire him even if someone else would given us a lower price. The proposal for the re-roofing was clear and easy to read. Everything we talked about was listed in detail with no ambiguity and, surprisingly Mr. Romero had the best price. If the work is just as professional as Mr. Romero represented his Company I don't have to worry about any roof leaks for many years to come. On May 20, 2013 at 7 a.m. a crew of 5 roofers started tearing down our roof. I noticed that the workers hardly took any breaks. There was constant hammering and noise that you would expect. Only at lunch time there was a short break. Also the work was smooth and organized, everybody seemed to know what needs to be done next. At the end of each day the workers cleaned up around my house, picked up trash, swept my porch and concrete pads, washed down the drive way. Needless to say I was impressed. One of the workers helped me with some heavy groceries on those days when I parked my car away from the drive way. I highly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Mr. Romero checked our roof the day after the work was completed and educated us on those raise blocks which support the electric conduct and copper line. They still needed to be installed but, he likes to use metal instead of wood and wanted to talk to us first. After Memorial Day weekend Mr. Romero called for the installation of the blocks and the work was completed. Mr. Romero came personally to go upon the roof with us and ensure that we were satisfied with the materials and craftsmanship of the job. I love the way the new roof makes my house look. My house does appears not so big anymore, it has a more cozy feeling. My husband did roofing for three years in Great Lakes area; he was impressed that no short-cuts were taken and by far the job exceeded the standards and codes for the industry. And as far as the whole experience from estimate to completion goes, my husband and I could not be happier with Roger Romero Roofing LLC. They are dedicated to quality work, exceptional service, craftsmanship and honesty. Outstanding !!!

Mr. Romero provided a detailed estimate complete with pictures of all the problem areas he found. He also used a sealant paint to prevent future problems. He offered a warranty for the work he did. I received 4 estimates in all and none came close to the thoroughness of Mr. Romero's proposal and none would offer a warranty on their work. He even went above and beyond to repair little problem areas not in the original proposal. His workers were professional and completely cleaned up after themselves. The work was completed in one day as promised. I will use him for all future jobs and suggest him to all!

Went very well. Was out of town due to a family emergency and they came and did the roof without requireing payment until I returned. Very impressed with the work done.

Mr Romero was very prompt in providing an inspection of the damage with pictures and an estimate for services the same day as my original request. With my permission, he inspected my roof without me present (so I could remain at work) and provided me pictures of the damaged areas with an estimate by email same day as my initial phone call/request. He called me about 10 minutes prior to his arrival the following day to make sure I was home for the repairs and it was completely in line with the agreed upon time. Once he arrived with his crew, I showed him a gutter that had been giving me slight headaches because it was not draining properly: He graciously (free of charge) lowered the gutter section by approximately 3/4 inch (because it was not level) and had his crew caulked the area where the gutter had started to separate from the roof with two minor cracks within the roof itself. Martin (his one man crew) was courteous and kind and did additional caulking when I noted the two minor roof cracks from the original separation. Thank you Mr Romero and Martin for a positive professional experience. I highly recommend them.

Great punctuality, quick work, clean, friendly service.

It was a pleasant surprise. They showed up early and stayed late. They paid attention to detail and the job was done to standard and on time. I would definitiely recommend Roger to my friends.

Mr. Romero provided estimate. We discussed over the phone additional work needed. Agreed on revised estimate. Requested and got samples of Shingles with various colors available for the area. After selection, we agreed on date when work was going to be performed. Work was done on two days. After reviewing completed work, check for the amount was sent. Since the beginning, Mr. Romero responded immediately to any phone messages I left. He also did an excellent job responding to all my questions and provided guidance on how I could check the company where he was going to buy the shingles from. It also help me in checking quality, availability of colors and warranty. Overall my experience was excellent. I will recommend Mr. Romero's company to anyone interested in having a job well done with minimum problems and stress.

Did a great job on my gutters. Mr. Romero and his workers for very punctual and clean in their work. They installed gutters and even painted them to match the stucco of and trim of my house (included in price). Afterwards, Mr. Romero made it a point to personally drive out to my house and inspect the work done. I would definitely recommend Mr. Romero and his company, and will be using them again to do gutters in back yard

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Roger Romero Roofing Company. From our initial telephone contact with Mr. Romero through the roof repair project to our payment for the services, everyone involved with Roger Romero Roofing Company were courteous, prompt, polite, professional and obviously well versed in their respective duties.

Mr. Romero came in person to meet us and perform the estimate. Before the end of the day he emailed us a copy of the estimate. In the estimate he included a few additional items at no extra cost. These items would help bring our roof up to code. When we called to make arrangements, he answered promptly and when he wasn?t available, he returned our calls right away. When the work began, the workers arrived promptly at 7:00 am and were very clean at the end of the day. During the course of the work, they removed the air conditioner and reconnected it and left it better than before. They even replaced a float at no additional cost. One of the extras they included was to install vents to circulate the air in the roof and they also added slopes to improve water drainage (we have a flat roof). In addition to the roof, we needed to have our water damaged ceiling repaired. He was also able to do this. The workers were very clean and did the job as quickly as possible. They got the area repaired to look like the rest of the ceiling so that you can?t tell where the repair was done. When the work was done, Mr. Romero came over and explained every element of the work that was done and answered our questions. Overall, we are extremely pleased with his professionalism and work. We have already recommended him to friends and family.

He came out and looked in the hallway. He said he would have a crew out within an hours time to do some repairs on the roof. When he got on the roof, he asked when the job was done. I told him yesterday. Once he realized it was a new roof from another company, he wasn't willing to do the work any more. I had a city inspector and a home inspector come check it out. The home inspector, Larry A. Shashy, recommended Mr. Romero to come do the work. After the recommendation, I called Mr. Romero. He was very responsive at first and called me right back. As soon as he had me on the line and we started talking, he remembered who I was. Once I told him that I needed an estimate for a new roof and that I'd probably have to start over again, he told me he was too busy and had a lot of work right now. It just appears that he is not very willing to help with my situation.

Roger Romero, owner, dealt with me personally in all areas, from proposal to finish. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions. We discussed additional work being done due to prior water damage. It was extremely convenient to have Mr. Romero oversea all work, rather than bring in additional contractors for these extra jobs. His quote was reasonable and he gave me a free skylight with the purchase of two. He also gave me a discount on the work done inside to repair the water damage.He provided several photos of the work in progress. This was much appreciated for I no longer go on the roof myself. About a week after the work was finished one of the air conditioner motors went out and he made a special trip to install a new one. Then a few weeks later, there was a leak where the copper tubing connected to the water source. He came out again, on his own time and fixed the problem free of charge. He took the time to give my son some tips on ladder safety and other instructive a/c information.He showed up when he said he would. He completed the work as discussed and on time. He was easy to reach. Something I do not see too often, his workers were happy and enjoyed the work they were doing. To me, this shows a boss who takes care of his employees and is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get in there to help, if necessary. Thank you Mr. Romero for turning a project I was dreading into a pleasant experience.

I got 2 other quotes for my roofing job from 2 other contractors and Roger Romero had the best price. My family had had a positive prior experience a couple of years ago with Mr. Romero's company so I felt comfortable with using him for my project. They were prompt, professional, courteous and kept the area cleaned up during the process. Even my neighbors commented on how professional they were. It's sometimes disrupting to a neighborhood when the roofs are being replaced, but all went well and I heard no complaints. I also had other work going on inside my home and one of my workers, who's been in construction for 40 years, said that this company was the best he had seen. They did not take short cuts at all and even did some extra things that were not included in the quote. Mr. Romero was here everyday checking the quality and the progress. He's very hands on. I would not hesitate recommending this company. VERY GOOD JOB.

Roger was extremely professional. Called me back right a way after I found him on Angies List, emailed me a pdf of the estimate within two days, started and completed the job quickly, and physically walked me through the finished job. This guy is reliable and real "pro."

Very well. Mr. Romero first inspected the old roof and recommended that a new roof be installed.He was very thorough in his proposal including a recomendation for the replacement of worn out jacks for the roof top air conditioners.His estimate was also very much in line with the final actual cost. He sent us pictures via email to substantiate his recommendations which was extremely helpful since we live out of town . He was very courteous, honest and professional. During the course of the project, he consistently kept in touch to keep us informed us of his progress. He backed every significant items with pictures. He was very courteous with our tenants. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and his attention to detail.

My experience went really well and I would highly recommend them. I need to also mention another item I forgot to write in my description above. Mr Romero also met with the insurance adjuster at my mother's house and pointed out the problems he saw. It was the second adjuster to inspect damages and my mother got a $3500 check after a $300 offer from the first adjuster. How about that!!!
