Description of Work: The seal around a skylight was leaking. Company was very prompt. However the |leak continued and they had to return to redo area. I thought the price was |expensive. But the problem was resolve and the owner was very courteous.

Description of Work: Repaired water damage both on the roof and inside the house. Roger was great and did everything that I asked. Price was fair, and plan on using him in the future

Description of Work: Reached out to his company on three different occasions. Left detailed messages with my contact information, the job I was inquiring about, and my name. All calls went unanswered - all voicemails were not returned. I would have appreciated a call or message to let me know he was either too busy, or otherwise. If this is the type of response I can expect from a simple phone call. I would not want to deal with this roofer in any other fashion.

Description of Work: I called this office for an approx. estimate, and Roger answered the phone himself. I live alone and have never in my life had to redo a roof, so of course I had a lot of questions. He didn't offer any suggestions, or solutions to what I might need or want. Roger seemed grouchy from the beginning, but as the conversation continued, he actually sounded irritated. Finally after about 10 minutes, he says, " you have my figures, and my number, you decide and give me a call back, I have other phone calls to take!" If this man has no time to answer my quesstions, WHAT KIND OF JOB is he going to do? I certainly hope he doesn't always answer his own phone! I think I would try to do it myself before I use this company !

Description of Work: Very professional. Fair price. I was impressed that he asked for no money down and sent me an email that he was finished. He wasn't at my back door asking to be paid even before the job was finished. He also left the area clean which so many contractors do not. I was very pleased. Thank you Angie! Pat Webb

Description of Work: Mr. Romero and his crew replaced our roof. He was very prompt and professional in all aspects of the transaction, from submitting the bid, explaining the work, providing samples and the actual installation. The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date, cleaned up after each day and performed the work as promised. I would definitely recommend this contractor and will hire him again if we ever need this type of work.
