They have a policy to charge an amount, I think $85 just to come out an look. We called them and they came out and told us the cost to repair would be $450. They said this without doing much checking. We said we did not want to do it. We called another company and they fixed the problem for $50. I did not want to pay the $85 because I thought we got nothing for it. We did not get an honest estimate and they were totally wrong on what they projeced as the cause. I eventually was hounded into paying half the cost of the visit, but it was payment for no value received. I would never use them again.

I have been using them for over 20 years and will go no where else. They have 24/7 service. This year I had to get a new air conditioner. The representative came to the house and we discussed what type and size. The service men who installed it were on time and professional. They even finished in less time than anticipated. Last year, I needed a new furnace because of the age and monoxide discharge. This was found during the change from summer to winter. The new furnace was installed promptly and professionally. Again, I only use King's Aire.

We started with a consultation/estimate and were given a lot of options, with no pressure to "upgrade" to a system that we didn't need which was nice! We replaced old MasterCools that just weren't cooling well and continually leaking, and the estimate reflected the total and final amount, which is key because you don't have to worry about surprise costs coming out of nowhere. Over the course of more than a week, the work crew was prompt, courteous, and kept things organized and clean. If you are lucky enough to get Marcelino as your installer, you will be well served!

They called prior to arriving for their first appointment, ascertained what the problem was, and tried to find the correct fan motor for my "dinasaur" furnace. Nothing was available in El Paso, so they had to order the part. It took a little less than a week and as soon as the part came in, they called and made an appointment to install it. Called prior to arrival to confirm, and were there on time. Installed the fan motor. Most of my expense was for the part and shipping. Overall, I have been very impressed with Kings Aire's technicians professionalism and courtesy.

The A/C unit was installed in March 2010. The serviceman came to perform scheduled check on the equipment. A defective valve was noted and was replaced. The a/c is under warranty so there was no charge. I have been a customer of Kingsaire for over 14years. They serviced my cooler for 13 years and then installed my a/c unit last year. The work performed by this company is always excellent and the prices are reasonable. They a re a very reliable company.

This is the last company I ever expected to use; I do not trust companies that have contracts with the government. Well I did my research and ound out what qualificatons and training are industry specific and it turned out they had them all. Because of my job I do not get home much so a lot of the initial bids were back and forth trhough email. When I got home, they came out and explained what was going to happen, etc. My girlfriend was home when they came to do the work, which took 3 days. She said she was happy so that's what I am going off. Only thing I see wrong is when the city inspector came out to check out the work there was not a company rep on site.

Excellent service. They called before they came and were within ten minutes of their ETA. Very professional.

Kingsaire gave me the best sales presentation and was up front about the work that would be done. The AC was installed and works great. I've had to call back for 2 minor adjustments and the response time was almost immediate. The phone staff is very helpful also. The charge for the AC was exactly as quoted. I could not be more pleased.

I don’t use anybody else for this kind of service. I spent about $79 when they were here last. They got the air conditioner ready for the summer. They told me that this might be the last time they will be able to service it. They told me that I might have to get a new one. They did everything to get it up and running and get through this summer. I bought this house about 10 years ago and the air conditioner was about 3 or 4 years old by then. They were very nice about giving me this news. They came down from the roof and asked me if I wanted the good news or the bad news. When I asked for the good news, they said that the air conditioner was running and it would cost me less than $100. Then I sat down and asked them what the bad news was. They told me that it would have to be replaced but it would see me through the summer this year. They were very professional. I called them on a Sunday when it was not working and the temperature outside was 98 or 99 outside. They came to fix it. They have a 24-hour emergency service. Obviously, it is more expensive over the weekends. Their emergency rate is about $70. That was not too bad when the temperature was so high outside. They got the air conditioner up and running. It was fine. I will use them in the future.

They are always professional and the work is excellent.

Everyone from sales to installers were professional, responsive and fair. A great company to deal with. It was a big job so it took a full week. No rushing and doing things poorly. They even had a Trane rep come out to consult on an issue to make sure they had it right.
