I was very impressed with the service rep. Very courteous, professional and helpful.

I called on a Friday to get an appointmet. They could have come the next day, but weekends are not good for me, so we scheduled it for early Monday morning. Office staff was very helpful and courteous. Showed up on time, and the technician called to let me know that he was on his way. Explained the process before he began the work and what to expect from the results. Very professional, hard-working individual. Cleaned up after job was finished.

The man who came to our house was polite and on time. Left his truck at the curb and brought his equipment and hoses in through the garage. He vacuumed the carpet first, told us what he was going to do and asked it we had any questions. Carpet Magic offers three levels of service: Normal, same-as-normal but with different cleaners to speed drying time, and heavy-duty applications. We chose the mid-grade at slight additional expense. This employee, Ben, worked by himself steadily and efficiently, finished in about two hours (I didn't time him). When done, Ben asked if we wanted Scotchgard applied and we said yes. Caveat: Be advised, if you request Scotchgard protection this adds considerably to the drying time; the lady who called this morning to check with us said that with Scotchgard on the carpet it is much more difficult for moisture, part of the cleaning process, to evaporate. In our case, even with fans running all day long and last night, there are still damp places throughout some 30 hours later. Thin fabric bootees were provided for walking on the carper. Oh yes, this company is located in El Paso, Texas, about 50 miles from where we live. A mileage surcharge d $40 was applied, but we were fully advised ahead of time.

The shampoo guy called and let me know when he was going to arrive. He was punctual and was very courteous and liked to talk. He told me step by step what he was going to do. He did the pet deodorizer for free which I appreciated. Thank you Carpet Magic!

Corina was the person that responded to my request for estimate. She was on time and explained different carpet styles that would match our existing tile and our budget. We asked about her experience as she stated she worked hands on for all her projects. When we scheduled the carpet replacement Corina and staff arrived as scheduled and finished two hours ahead of schedule. The work done was organized and clean. When she left all rooms were clean, we did a final walk through and my wife and I were very happy with the installation. In would highly recommend Corina and staff to my friends. I will call Carpet Magic for all my further carpet and sofa cleaning needs.

I have used them several times in the past and they are always on time. I have had several different guys show up to do the carpet and they are always very professional and thorough. They always seem very trustworthy as far as having them in your house. I have never had a problem with them and they seem like really up and up people. I will use them again in the future. I think their pricing is a little higher than anybody else but with the amount of time spent doing the job and they do it so thoroughly, I think it is well worth the money.

The installer was professional from start to finish. He was able to answer all my concerns. He completed the job as estimated, even going above and beyond in the cleaning of the carpets.

We own a rental in El Paso and live out of town so we rely on our tenants to inform us on the service that we receive. The company responded in a timely manner when first contacted to set up the appt for cleaning the entire apartment. The price was reasonable and the time in the business was very good. Also, the company was the top rated one on Angie's List. Apparently, the carpet was very dirty and required a second cleaning. We were on a time crunch because the new tenants were scheduled to move in and they were not happy with some of the areas on the carpet. We contacted the company and they fitted us in on Saturday evening. The second time did the trick and the tenants are very happy with the job! We will definitely call the company again when we need our carpets cleaned. Another tenant in the building asked for their name and number so that's a good endorsement also.

The office did not call to tell me that they were running late, I had to contact them. However, when the technician got here he did a great job. I will use them again becuase of the technician and the quality of work that he did.

I spent around $100. Their prices are a little high than everybody else, but they do an excellent job. They take their time and do the work and I think it is worth the extra amount of money. They have always been nice people, trustworthy and someone I would not mind having in my house. They are professional and they do an excellent job.

We had a new driver team taking a different truck out on a long haul run. They refused to leave town unless the truck was "fumigated". We agreed, contacted Angie's List, and found Carpet Magic. The drivers and the company were very pleased with their service.

We called Carpet Magic and they were able to come out the next day. They called to tell us they were on their way. They were here on time and did excellent work. This is the second time we used this company and were very happy with them on both occasions. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Overall, I dont see how they could have done a better job..... They were there when they said they would be, the tech was very professional, and both the carpet and tile came out very nice (especially the carpet).

They did a great job. They guy that showed up was very professional. He was quick. Unfortunately, some of the spots would not come out and it is not their fault. They made it look a lot better. I would definitely use them in the future as well.

Larry, the technician, came on time, was neatly dressed, and comported himself in a very professional manner. He wore shoe covers on my white carpet the entire time he was here. He arrived at 1:30pm, and left around 4:45pm. We had 18 vents and quite a bit of ducts. Larry handwashed the vent covers and completely vacuumed out the air ducts. He also cleaned out the dryer vent in the laundry room. The amount listed above, for 340.93, included all 18 vents, the dryer vent cleaning, and the air ducts themselves. With all of work he put it, it was an excellent value. I will certainly be using Carpet Magic again for this service. As a side note: Larry was also very unobtrusive. He was quiet, there was no loud music, and no cursing. When he came into the room in which I was studying, he excused himself and was very polite.

The workers arrived exactly at the time specified and began work immediately. They explained the entire process and asked if I had any questions before they began. They very efficiently began the cleaning process and were complete within the timeframe quoted. They moved all furniture back to it location. They gave me spot cleaner treatment and showed me how to use it. I paid cash for the bill. Very professional!!! I will use them again and will refer them to my friends.

They did a wonderful job. They cleaned and then they sprayed. We loved it so much that we had them come back for him the next month and do a den and living room. They were very courteous and we enjoyed their company.

They did a phinominal job. They do a very good premium package. They carpet dry's in two hours. It is well worth the money, I have used them before they prove to be good. They are very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of informing the costumer.

The two gentlemen were waiting for me when I arrived from dropping off my child at school at 8:30 am. I showed them the areas that needed special attention due to urine and pet odor. They immediately started working and were done at 10:30 am as discussed. They left a complimentary bottle of spot remover which gave me a good impression of this company.
