Very Disappointing. A call was made to Carpet Magic and an appointment was scheduled for the air ducts of my heating system to be cleaned; we agreed on a date and time. But when that day and time came I received NO CALL and I WAITED for Carpet Magic to call or show up. I didn't receive a call until the next day. By that time I had already scheduled an appointment with Steam Way and they came to my home to do the job. Carpet Magic REALLY needs to work on their COMMUNICATION.

their technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and went over the work order and toured the work scope prior to beginning. he wasn't sure on the for scotchguarding due to the type of material so he checked with the owner before proceeding. the job was then completed in time and with total satisfaction. Would use again and highly recommend for both quality and value

The technician called to alert me that he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time for the appointment. He worked tirelessly for the 4 hours he was in my home, and did an excellent job! He also did an excellent job of moving many pieces of furniture, and replacing them after cleaning, placing the items on small foam pads that allows the damp carpet to "breathe" and properly dry. The next day, we were not totally satisfied with the appearance of the sofa. After calling the Carpet Magic office, the technician came back out that same day and re-cleaned the sofa at no add'l cost. I will not hesitate to use Carpet Magic again in the future when I need my carpeting professionally cleaned; and I highly recommend them!!

They were pretty good. They were a little bit better priced than everybody else.

The service provider was very knowledgeable of and answered all our questions regarding good carpet care, maintenance and repair. The provider was prompt and accomplished all tasks in a timely manner. Carpet Magic also followed up to check if everything was done to our satisfaction.

Overall they did a good job. They showed up about 45 min late and they worked at a reasonable (although not fast) speed. The tile is very clean and the grout is about 85% as cleasn as new grout (it was very dirty to start with). Two man crew. They were respectful and professional for the most part.

Benjamin and Mario first restretched our carpeting in May. It continued to be loose in several areas so we called them to return and fix the problems. They were very professional and thorough. They restretched the carpeting and we are now very happy with the job they did.

I used them early March. They were wonderful. They discovered an area where the carpet was slightly separating from the kitchen tile. They gave me the name of the person who would come and fix it. They were just remarkable.

They were very courteous, did a GREAT job and were the cheapest I could find. They were thorough and made sure to clean all the carpets, even the closet under the stairs. We were moving out and trying to sell our house. We were also afraid that the carpet would need to be replaced, but after they were finished cleaning it, it looked great and we decided the carpet wouldn't need to be replaced.

Excellent experience! Vacuumed carpets to be cleaned. Spot treated problem areas/stains. Steam cleaned/dried carpets. Explained about remaining drying time. VERY professional. Great job! I have recommended them to everyone.

They were friendly. The guy that came in was professional and he did a good job. The only thing is that I wish they would offer some type of furniture moving, we had to move everything ourselves.

I had carpet cleaning and tile cleaning done. The carpet had some blood stains that were fairly fresh. Carpet Magic did not get out the stains and I paid a premium for conditioning rinse on the carpet which did not seem to have worked. The carpet was still dirty and crusty afterwards. I rented a home carpet cleaner from Homedepot and had to redo the cleaning myself.

The price was reasonable. The guy was pretty nice and friendly. He did the work and made sure that he cleaned up after himself. He even cleaned all the ledges on the walls underneath the ducts. He was really helpful, courteous and friendly. He listened to what we asked and told us what he was doing along the way.

My carpet is old (about 15 years) but was a high quality carpet when new. Service provided was courteous and professional from the initial contact. Susie, the receptionist was warm and friendly and provided me with the approximate cost of the services minus the carpet repair (depended upon size) and the proposed tile grout cleaning. The service technician called me about 45 minutes prior to his arrival and arrived within the specified time. He did an excellent job with the carpet repair using a piece of carpet from a hallway closet applying it to a tricky spot--right on the individual stair leading to the third level in my tri-level home. He then proceeded to clean the 4 rooms including the sofa, loveseat and chair. Using a plastic rake-like tool, he was able to lift the carpet pile and it looked almost new and certainly smelled better. It had been some 8 years ago when I had previous cleaning. My cat and elderly mother had had some accidents while ill and it definitely required cleaning. To this day, most if not all the previous stains have not returned. In the end, I did not have bathroom tile cleaned but requested to have the plastic shower floor board cleaned. The technician explained to me that their chemicals were geared for tile grout but I went ahead anyway with wonderful results for a minimal charge. Thank you Carpet Magic for a positve experience. Would highly recommend.

The employee was prompt and courteous. He was very thorough in his cleaning and the price was quite reasonable. I still have two more couches to clean before the holidays and I will be calling Carpet Magic again.
