Description of Work: This is now my go to company for appliance repair. The heating element on my dryer had gone out and needed replacement. I can't say enough about the professionalism, quick response time, skill of the technician, etc. etc., etc. I highly recommend this company!

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Water was leaking from the freezer into the refrigerator below and freezing. When I call Abbot's the owner knew right away what the problem was. He promised to have a technician at my house before 11:00 a.m. that day. The technician arrived on time. He explained that it was flaw in the design of the refrigerator and happened quite a lot. There was part that could be installed to solve the problem. He was able to install the part in about 30 minutes. I was charged for the part but there was no service call charge. I was pleased with the service.
