Great job, panel was here in one day and installed in minutes. Professional and on time.

They did a very good job. They were excellent. I had no complaints about anything. They came when they said they were going to come. They did have to order a part but the part came when they said it would and everything was completed right on schedule.

I have used this company before, to fix an oven. Same repairman, same professionalism, courtesy, and ability. Got the job done.

This was my first use of Angie’s List. Our refrigerator started making noise and I was fearing the worst. Wasn’t sure how to call so I signed up with Angie’s List and checked the listings in our area. Made the phone call and a very nice and well skilled young man showed up later on the same day! After a thorough check of the major components he moved into the fan that was located inside the refrigerator and found that our controls for the freezer had been set too low and ice had formed so the noise I heard was the fan blade hitting the ice. He took removed everything from the refrigerator including the shelves to get to the fan. He defrosted the ice and my refrigerator was back to its old self – no NEW refrigerator needed!!! He did a great job and I will use them again should any of our other appliances act up!!!

I found this company on Angie's list with high reviews. On the same, my husband's coworker referred this company as well. With this coincidence, I called them to schedule the estimate. The person that answered the phone was very courteous and appt. was scheduled for the next day. The tech was on time and it took him about 5 seconds to diagnosis the problem (apparently the problem I had with my refrigerator was common for this brand). He knew exactly what parts I needed and gave me the option to order through them or order myself, he even gave me the website of where to look for them and cheaper prices. Of course I wanted to order them myself and he had no problem supplying me with the part #'s so I would get the correct ones. I called them back to install the parts and had the same great and courteous service. Junior had my refrigerator up and running in no time. I will gladly recommend Abbott's Appliance Service.

Home Depot had its own affiliated installers, but we could not talk to them directly about our particular wiring situation and the Home Depot sales people could not answer our questions. That's when we went on Angies List and found Mr. Abbott who quickly gave us straight answers. He even offered to pick up the appliance himself at Home Depot for a very nominal charge. As it turned out the delivery by home depot turned out to be totally confusing about where it was to be delivered, but Tim Abbott patiently kept working with us. It finally arrived at the apt and Tim shortly thereafter arranged with our tenant to install it and did a great job. The only little thing about TIm is that sometimes he would not pick up on his phone right away when we were trying to reach him about the daily Home Depot mess, but he did respond at the latest by the following day whenever we called him. That is very understandable specially if you are busy working like under a sink with a wrench in one hand and gunk on the other. I would definitely call him again. He knows what he's doing..

My 10 year-old GE refridgerator completely stopped cooling. I seached Angie's List for a respectable appliance repairer and came across Abbott's. Their reviews were positive and now I know why! A very nice repairman came over the same day. He quickly identified the problem to be the control board, went to go buy it, and installed it - all within an hour! Oh, and he even adjusted the crushed ice feature that hadn't been working! I will definitely use their services again.

They were prompt, I put in the call, and the tech came out the same day.

I was very pleased with them. He only did what needed to be done. They were here on time. They were very reasonable on the cost. I would use them in the future.

I've used Abbott's Appliance on several occasions. Tim Abbott is professional, informative and reasonable in price. On the last occasion, he gave me an estimate on my washing machine which was too much for me to pay, so he recommended that I buy a refurbished used machine, called the company which sells them, negotiated a good price for me, got delivery set up, and didn't even charge me for a service call. He's a fair man who will always have my business.

Repairman was on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Replaced the worn out part and was on his way in less than 30 minutes.

My Maytag washer was making a grinding noise and all the water was not draining from the tub. This was not an emergency fix but I called them and they sent someone within 2 hours. Technician showed up on time, checked the washer and said the water pump was bad. He replaced pump and cleaned up excess water from tub with vacuum he provided and towels I provided. Very polite, respectful young man. We have a 90 warranty on parts and labor as well.
