Had a full repipe done from copper to pex in my home. Charles was the only plumber that actually showed up and on time! after calling several plumbers that lied to me he was the only one that provided honest advice and excellent customer service. He explained every bit of the process and was honest about the job. I would not hesitate in recommending burls plumbing.

Didn't end up installing a new water heater because the house will go up for sale BUT if I were to have proceeded I would have chosen Burl's Plumbing for the job after receiving three other quotes. Should the old water heater quit working before the house is sold I would call Burl's. Mr. Moon is expert, professional, friendly and very informative. I called Charles at Burl's Plumbing for an emergency service to replace a shut off valve and install a new toilet. He was able to service my emergency within just a few hours of me contacting him. Very professional install and quality workmanship. He told me I'll be there at 3, and he was walking in the house at 3. Very courteous and pleasant. He performed the service, cleaned up the work site, and left it better than how he found it. The price paid for the work performed was absolutely perfect. Absolutely amazing. Charles is So punctual it’s ridiculous. She told me she would show up at 3:28 PM or something like that and literally he was knocking on the door exactly 328 LOL. He is so professional he is so caring he is so respectful. I honestly considered him a very good friend because this is the second time he’s done work at my house.
