The job had a LOT more than had been planned. We ran into about 40 feet of concrete that was hidden beneath the dirt, requiring a change of plans. The job took a bit longer because of the added work, but it was finished in an appropriate amount of time and was done great. All in all a great experience, and I will hire them again.

It's Friday night, and I have a urinal valve that has frozen wide open and water is just gushing non-stop. I had no choice but to shut off the water to the house in order to stop the waste of water. I called you on a Friday night after working hours just in hopes that you could possibly help me with my predicament first thing Monday morning and perhaps an outside chance on your normal day off on Saturday.. I was already dreading the thought of spending the weekend without running water and making endless trips outside to turn on and off the water every time that I needed to flush stools, wash hands, prepare dinner, and wash dishes. Much to my amazement, you were willing to interrupt your family time immediately and make the house call. And in your normal style you identified the problem, resolved the issue, and had me back in business well within the same hour of my call. this just shows what a professional, dependable, honorable, and good hearted individual you are. I am so glad that I have found you for your plumbing expertise for all of my future plumbing issues, but, Charles, I am even more fortunate to know you as a man of fine ethics, character, and kindness, and exceptional customer service . It was a quick replacement that went well especially since I personally was not able to source a new ADA commode for my elderly mother. Charles was also able to ensure that the seat was a slow close seat so my mother doesn't strain her back. His service quality and attention to detail is top notch! Would hire and recommend to anyone.
