"Everything went great! They came and cleaned out the flowerbed, put a stone border around it and my tree, Dug up all weeds, put down weed barrier and planted two new rose bushes and 4 other plants. It looked great! I texted about a month after they finished and asked where they had gotten the plants because some weren’t looking too hot (they have since revived) and asked about the weed barrier because I have weeds growing up around the edges and in a few other places. I was told that they would come out that Saturday. I waited all day and no one. I got busy and a couple weeks went by. I texted again with a picture of the weeds. I was told they would come this past Monday. Still waiting. I really want to give them 5 stars because the initial work was done while I was in the hospital so everything g was done via text. I just can’t because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to come clean it up and make sure there is weed barrier all over."

"Expo Home did a fantastic job from beginning to end. Maurice our sales representative came to our home and very thoughtfully walked us through everything. He helped us to make a difficult and expensive purchase decision. The contract was signed Friday evening and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. The installers Ricardo and Omar arrived promptly on install day morning at 8am and worked quickly to do all the work by 4pm. They respected our home and kept work areas clean with tarps. Omar especially kept me informed of the progress of the project throughout the day. Ricardo as the lead installer was very skilled in performing the work and knowledgeable about all the details of the project. "We are nearly 1 year from when we contracted with Brian for our 30x24 back deck. The deck was partially finished June 2023, with half the deck getting 1 coat and the other half getting 2 coats. Needless to say it’s two different colors and not in a good way. There are several construction issues (gates sagging / boards popping / spindles too long / stairs not supported and sagging). We told Brian in October 2023 that we wanted a portion of the money back so we could hire someone to fix it. He came out, said he would get back to us that week. Nothing. 4 months later we messaged again and got no response. At this point, we are done and have held off with the review until now."
