Description of Work: They picked up a water heater from Home Depot (paid separately) and installed it, and took away the old one. The whole job, including the pick up ,was done in three hours, as estimated. Hourly fee was $65, plus $60 for coming. Great service!

Description of Work: It is SOOOOO hard to find good contractors. Tom will be our plumber for as long as we live in his service area. Tom is personable, easy to work with, honest and treated us very fairly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom again and it is a refreshing experience to work with a quality person.
