Called Viper plumbing and made appointment to have someone come out. They were out in little over an hour (the short end of their one hour window they gave me). I showed the tech the water heater and a fix was diagnosed in no time. Had a pinprick leak in outgoing flex hose at top of heater. Fix was fast and he cleaned up the water off my heater. He even took time to discuss pros and cons of future tankless heater and cold water return scenarios with me. Only regret is in all the talk I forgot to give him my Angie's list coupon for $10 off sevice call.

On time, extremely efficient. Quality of work was excellent. Took extra steps to ensure satisfaction. Followed up. We are extremely satisfied.

He was very pleasant, explained what he was doing, did a great job and cleaned up after himself.

Overall, they did a great job. They quickly determined that it was not a frozen pipe but water that was leaking into the wall from an ice dam that had formed on the roof. They were very professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent experiences. We purchased a 1967 home in June 2009 - and have been using Viper Plumbing ever since. We will continue to do so as we are still in the process of renovating our home. We find Tom to be reasonable in his rates, always on time, and has great respect for our home (albeit, in a state of constant repair). He will be our plumber of choice, and are hoping to give him more work as we begin to take on some larger bath remodeling projects.

This was a simple call. He repaired the problem quickly at a reasonable price. Previous two calls were also completed professionally. As for those earlier service calls, on one he replaced most of the flush components in an older toilet that had been running constantly. On the other, he quickly cleaned out small root invasion. opening up a previously blocked water drain.

This household has used Viper Plumbing for nearly 6 years and is considered a "Doctor" for any plumbing problems that we have had. Tom Jade (owner) is a 1-man business and his wife, Charm handles the scheduling. We have found Tom to be very professional and down-to-earth with his customers. He does an excellent job in performing his work and cleaning up after the job is complete. He willingly offers a lot of "do's" and "don't's" when answering your problem questions. He is definitely a "people person" when he has taken the time to resolve plumbing problems for customers on days like Christmas Eve and Super Bowl Sunday. If anyone tries him once, you can rest assure that the first impression will be a lasting one. I highly recommend Viper Plumbing for your needs in the future for being an honest, professional and courteous company. He ranks very highly with Angie's List and I can see why.

He is excellent and a master plumber. He does everything according to code. I will be calling him to give a quote as I'm doing a shower. I used him two years ago in the house which I was planning to rent or sell, the work which he did was great on the shower and everything; He re did the whole shower. I bought the supplies. He was very efficient and worked down with me to get above the wrong kind of thing to go on the shower. He went lows with me to strange it. His work is just very good. His price might be a little high, but it?s worth it; it?s in the ball park. They are very responsive and professional. I would use them in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend Tom. He is a master plumber, a certification that most don't have and he needs to advertise more. He is courteous, explaining in great detail what work he will perform, pro's and con's of various options, exact cost, and after work is done he explains what he did and shows you what he did, and demonstrates how to operate it. He is very clean. He cleaned up everything afterward, plus some of my mess. It was cleaner when he left than when he came. He is honest. I had another bid that was $1,400 more, they were trying to rip me off because my water was shut off due to busted valve at the water heater. Tom was honest, gave a fair price, and did the work perfectly. He is a perfectionist in the way he does his work. His wife Charm does the scheduling and she too is very courteous and efficient. I will use them for all my plumbing needs and hope you do the same. Outstanding folks.

He is always very thorough and prompt. His prices are competitive. I didn't get any other bids for this work.

Called several plumbers recommended on Angie's list. Everyone was booked due to the number of burst pipes in the area following the freezing weather, but Viper Plumbing said they could come out right away. Thomas came out earlier than he was scheduled by about 15 minutes. Called while he was on the way. He presented himself very well. He quickly found the broken pipe and had it fixed in a very short time. Whole visit took an hour and a half. He taped up the sheetrock and cleaned up after himself. Rate was reasonable for weekend work. And, he came out on Super Bowl Sunday. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended based on my experience today. I will use Viper Plumbing again.

From garbage disposals to faucet repairs to bathroom remodeling, I have complete confidence in Thomas' expertise. His plumbing abilities are absolutely superb!

My Airconditioning unit was leaking by my bedroom window. I called the contractor for the air condition but he said that I would have to get a plumber because the clog was behind my guest bathroom sink. I called Viper Plumbing, he was there the next day, and fixed the clog with no problem, also fixed the toilet that kept running. He was on time, very professional and knowledgable, and did a wonderful job.

Arrived on time and proceeded to work quickly leaving no mess. Problem solves in less than 45 minutes. I've used them before for drain cleanouts. Good work allaround.

Tom installed two new faucets after countertop replacement in our kitchen and bar, ran a hot water line from the water heater to the bar sink, which included adding several fittings at the water heater and insulated water line through part of the attic, and I purchased a sink disposal from him that he also installed. The faucets were installed on separate dates, as I had to order the bar faucet. Both service charges are included in the above price. Tom did excellent work both times and was very efficient. He also checked the kitchen faucet pressure flow and found it was too low, which only required cleaning to fix. In addition to the requested work, Tom gave me many pointers and advice and answered many plumbing questions I had. I also hired him in May to replace the handles on our tub and check for leaks, at which time he found the sheetrock behind the tub had rotted out and some tiles were being held together only by grout, so he didn't continue with replacing the handles at that time, due to the area needing sheetrock and tile repair work first.

Everything went very well. Thomas and his wife did the work completely by themselves. They worked very hard. Their quote was less than what I had received from other companies. They completed the job in just 3 days. They also repaired my sprinkler system. They were very professional.

Excellent. Noticed the problem checked Angies List and read reports. Five minutes later called Vioer Plumping and plumber was at my house within hour. Knew up front how much the service call would be and what the charge was per hour. Plumber was excellent, after inspection said there wasn't a leak cleaned up the area and didn't try to take advantage of me. Also discussed the pros and cons of a tankless hot water heater.

The tech made in at the time promised for the water heater call and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. I then asked him to look at a leak under my kitchen sink which he willingly did and after inspection he suggested a new garbage disposal. He had to get a new unit so he scheduled the service for the next day. He replaced the garbage disposal is about an hour at the appointed time the next day. Overall he did an excellent job and I was very happy with the service. Great company to deal with.

I called Viper Plumbing after other plumbers didn't care to be bothered with my minor problems. Mr. Jade arrived when most plumbers are ending their workday, and made sure everything I needed work on was addressed. All items were fixed to my satisfaction. I'd also like to say that Mr. Jade corrected some shoddy work that was previously done by another plumber. I felt the charges were very reasonable, was grateful that Mr. Jade was willing to work past 6pm, and plan on calling only Viper Plumbing in the future should I need further plumbing work done. Very professional and reliable!

Well. He had to leave briefly to buy more plumbing parts. Kept me updated on what the problems were and how he was fixing them.

On a scale of 1 to 10, his rating would be 10+(plus). I highly recommend him to anyone that may need a quality plumber that will not "rip you off"!

As usual, Tom was very professional. We have used Viper Plumbing before and have always been very satisfied with his work. We will continue to use Viper for all our home plumbing needs.

It was excellent. They gave me an estimate. It was very prompt service. They cleaned up well. They were average price.
