I contacted a guy by the name of Josh w/ Premier, after my next door neighbor had them come out and estimate damage to his home from hail. Josh was prompt and professional in returning my call. He came out and provided an estimate at no charge and then worked within the estimate that my insurance company had given for replacement and repairs. My main concern was making sure no water leaks would occur after the replacement. They did this on two occasions for me (once in August 2005 and again in August 2007) due to hail storms and I never had any issues with leakage from the roof. They did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again, based on that experience that I had. It has been a few years ago, so hopefully nothing has changed.

I called Premier Roofing after my insurance company recommended them. My salesperson, Josh, was very helpful. He recommended a change in our attic ventilation that ended up making the upstairs rooms much cooler. The roofing guys were great. They did a good job and cleaned up really well after. Josh came by during the work and afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again.

Great Company to work with. They showed up on time, worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job of cleaning up and took the time to cover my plants and even moved and replaced a glass table on my patio. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I discovered a leak in the roof in February 2008 from some minor water damage inside the house. At about the same time, I found a flier left on my door from Premier. Wanting to support a local business, I decided to call them and get an estimate. If I recall correctly, an estimator came out within a day or two, got up on the roof, found the leak, and estimated $250.00 to repair. I thought that was reasonable, asked him to proceed with the work, and repairs were attempted about a week later. I paid the invoice in March 2008 upon completion of work. The leak was never fixed. I still experienced leaks at the same place where repairs were supposedly made. I had left a container in the attic under the original leak spot and it would still fill with water during a rainstorm. I called the company on three subsequent occasions, explaining the problem and asking to speak with the original estimator. He never returned my call and Premier never fixed the problem. The roof was subsequently replaced after a hailstorm by another company the following year.

We had a hail storm here and they were working on about 3 or 4 other houses in this neighborhood. I called the guy to talk to him and then decided to get the work done by him. They were also recommended by the insurance company. They were on time and also called ahead. They were really good as well.

Went very well. Premier was very profession and responsive. Explained all what they were going to do and when they were going to do it. Then they did it. Great job. Cleaned up the yard well.

Went great. Good communication. On-time. Good results. Good cleanup. Would use them again.
