WHEN WORHED WAS COMPLETED THE DAY HAD PROBLEMSWITH FAUCET IN BATHROOM. THEY WERE ASKED BY ME TO RETURN AND FIX THE PROBLEM. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPS TRYING TO GET THEM TO RETURN I GAVE UP TRYING. THEY NEVER RETURDED TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

Very pleased with service. Appeared less than two hours after calling on phone. Found leak in back of the dishwasher and replaced the hose leading to the dishwasher. Clean, quick and friendly.

Arrived as scheduled, was professional, friendly and courteous. All work was completed as promised for the price quoted.

After using Lanco for a year or so, I've stopped because they constantly miss appointments. Typically I wait for them, then they call to say they are late, then call again to reschedule to another day. This has happened several times. They have no regard whatsoever to a customer's time. Their quality and price are good but their utter lack of punctuality has forced me to switch to another more reliable plumber.

I had scheduled this work a couple of weeks ahead. The plumbers arrived right on schedule with the appropriate hot water heater. They worked quickly and were careful when moving through the house (they put down cardboard where they would be moving the hot water heater). The work was done on a timely basis and the new hot water heater is working great. Well done.

This company, recommended to me by an old neighbor, is located in Dickinson and has been around forever. They do good work for a very reasonable price and are responsive to their customers' needs. Unfortunately, they don't work Holidays.

They are excellent. We have been using them for awhile. They come out promptly when they are needed and they do a good job.

I have underground drainage drains in my yard that go out and hook up to the storm drains in the streets and they come out once maybe twice a year and clean those out for me. They were here for a couple hours cleaning the drains, snaking them out. They do all my plumbing work. Years ago they changed out all my water pipes. Anytime I have a plumbing problem that is who I call and I have never been disappointed. They are always good and their plumbers are very courteous and very good plumbers. Their service is excellent. I have used them so long they know my house, my yard. They are very courteous on the phone, they know me. They always do a good job and they are fast. They send someone right out. If I have an emergency here, if something is leaking or not working right they come immediately.

They did a very well job for me. I have not had any problems with them.

While our insulation was out of the attics, after Hurricane Ike visited us, it seemed timely to replace our original 14-year-old State water heaters (that had caused no problems YET). Lanco agreed with our assessment, urging prayer that they wouldn't fail imminently. They replaced both heaters, upgrading one from 40 gallons to 50, for a cost that was below both of their competitors, with heaters that Consumer Report rates superior to alternatives we were offered. They were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They covered all floors that could be harmed by moving the heaters in and out and cleaned up afterward. When the hot water pressure at the kitchen sink was lower than it should be, Wes (the master plumber on the job) took the sink faucet apart and checked it; he doesn't know yet what he did, but it worked when he was finished. He didn't charge for that, and I'll accept it as a magic touch, along with his good advice about maintenance. We were well pleased with the outcome.

The spigot that supplies water to the back of the refrigerator was leaking and I was unable to remedy the situation myself. The plumbing in the house is over 15 years old so I figured that the entire spigot would need to be replaced. The next day I called Lanco at a friend's recommendation. They came out the day I called (which is good because I was having to empty my bucket every 6 hours.) Doug was the fellow who arrived. He said that it did not need replacing. He did some readjusting and tightening and it was fine. I paid only the $85 service call, rather than the much higher plumbing bill I was anticipating.

Lanco answered my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. They were pricey, but they told me they would guarantee the work. The repair was scheduled as soon as a day was set and David was on time. He checked the new faucets for leaks and cleaned up any mess. I haven't had any trouble since David replaced the faucets and toilet. I always ask for David when I need a plumber because he is very good. He is dependable and always leaves the house in good shape.

WORKMEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NEAT.
