It went well

The whole experience went extremely well. The owner called and confirmed our appointment and let us know the day of when he would be arriving. Everything was as promised. He did a few extra services outside the deal we purchased at a very fair rate. We will definitely use him again.

Here's the short version: Tim offers quality service with professionalism and integrity. I will absolutely be using his services again. I scheduled an appointment with Tim for carpet cleaning and an estimate for tile cleaning. He was extremely professional and kind over the phone, and we discussed options including, pet odor/spot removal. Tim was not only prompt, but he also offered the courtesy of a phone call before heading to my house for the appointment. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and we did a walk-through of the house. For pet spots, he does "controlled flooding," where he actually cleans all the way down to the carpet pad. This is a time consuming method, but it also demonstrates his care and his attention to quality and detail. Ultimately, I chose not do this service because we will be installing hardwood floors soon. That said, were we keeping the carpets in these areas, I absolutely would have paid for this service, too. We then discussed the tile. I have terrazzo tile, which is a composite material, and requires a different sort of cleaning than porcelain (similar to marble cleaning processes, from what I've gathered) or other kinds of tile, which is the sort of tile that he usually cleans. And this is one of the things that impressed me most about TIm: he could have made an easy buck and said, "Sure, I can clean that." Instead, he said that he wasn't currently equipped to clean this tile without possibly damaging it (see above, re: material, cleaning process). Rather than risk damaging the floors, he recommend that I call a company that would be better equipped to handle a larger range of tile cleaning surfaces. Put another way, then, he's got integrity on top of his professionalism and the quality service that he offers. But what about the carpets? How did those turn out? SPLENDIDLY. They look terrific, and he used a couple of products to help address the pet spots. The house smells better, fresher, cleaner. It looks better, too. TIm's work is thorough. He takes his time and makes sure that he does his best work. If my review hasn't made this clear already, I strongly recommend Tim's services. Add to this the fact that he owns and operates a small business--offering the customer service and quality of care that I've come to appreciate with many of the small businesses that I use--and that his prices are reasonable, and I would argue that what he ultimately offers is a high value service. Tim was polite, personable, and professional. He was very neat and left no mess behind. I was extremely satisfied with the carpet cleaning and Tim promised to return if any spots reappeared. I like the one month guarantee on his work. He also deodorized and scotch guarded all the areas! I was very pleased and have already booked him to come back and clean the tile grout. I will also have him clean the upholstery and rugs in the future. And his price was very reasonable! Would definitely recommend Tim and his company.

Technician was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He was on time and did a thorough job. Carpet looks great. Even gave me great advise for our carpet with our new puppy!

This is the second time I've used Tim. He is very thorough and professional. Decatur was a little beyond his service area but we were able to work out a price that worked for all concerned.

Tim came on time as he has been in the previous times I used him. Always friendly and does a superb job. Every stain he treats never comes back. The smell from the urine and poop is also gone. I'm always so happy with the final result.

Quality Care Carpet Cleaning is a local company owned by Tim. He provides the services and is very knowledgeable. It's obvious when you talk to him and watch him work that he takes pride in his work and has done a great job on our carpets. Same day I called we discussed carpet issues, he came out to the house and gave me an estimate. He explained his process, and was able to clean the carpets the same day. Tim took his time and didn't rush the job, very thorough. I have used big companies and several different processes in the past, so far I'm very happy and would definitely call him again for my next carpet cleaning.

I was referred to Tim through a friend and decided to give him a try. He seemed very professional, genuine and easy to work with. He showed up on time and was willing to work with me with a lock box. He did a very good job for the most part. There were some odors that came back and he agreed to come back out and redo the treatment which he did. The only other minor item that I gave him a B on quality for was he did a carpet patch for me. Fortunately the new tenants didn't notice it until I pointed it out to them so perhaps I'm too picky but it didn't look like a very clean patch to me. Tim offered to redo it but I didn't push it since the tenants seemed OK with it and we would have had to cut a second hole out of carpet in a closet to do it. Tim was very easy to work with and gave me a good discount off his list price. I plan to use him again. Thanks, Steve

We had a great experience with Quality Care Carpet Cleaning. Tim called to let us know he was on his way and showed up on time. The cost was what he had quoted me via email and he offered additional services that we might be interested in without being pushy. Tim took his time and made sure we were satisfied with the results. The cream colored sofa turned out great and looks brand new and the rugs look fresh and clean. Overall it was a great experience and we will use Quality Care in the future.
