In an attempt to present our home as best we could we opted to have our 9 year-old carpet cleaned for the first time. We shopped around and found Tim, owner of Quality Care Carpet Cleaning. Tim, as it turned out, is an earnest, honest, diligent sort with a work ethic and technical skills. We couldn’t have asked for more. True to his word, the results were wonderful. Mishap the day after: I’m walking down our pristine, carpeted stairs and I spill the kale and chlorophyll sludge that remained in my glass… everywhere. I called Tim in a panic to see if he could suggest a remedy. Better: he said that he could come see the stain in 20 minutes. I was frantic but calmed by the fact that I’d have professional guidance. Better still: Without prompting, and with pride his work, he arrived with his equipment and toiled away. While I can’t say he’d be speedily available for your emergency I can say he would be if he could be. And, I don’t know if he’d even be able to get that impossible stain out but I’m confident that he’d do his best. And, as it turns out, his best is pretty darned good. He was magical. He removed all traces of my mishap. Our event was a success. Our home presented beautifully.

These carpets were filthy! Worse yet, scented room deodorizers with various colors of soft wax were spilled at four outlets, spraying hot red wax in all directions. (Folks, don't buy that stuff..don't allow people to use them!) Tim cleaned up the mess and made a substantial carpet patch in one area. He is totally prepared for almost any flooring or tile job. One stop shopping. You don't need multiple contractors, and besides being very skilled and prepared...he's is super nice guy! Responsive, skilled, and friendly.

After raising two kids, having two puppies and three old dogs, science experiments, and school projects, our fifteen year old carpet was NASTY. Tim was punctual, gave a fair estimate of what he could do and then proceeded to outdo his best guess. My daughter's room looks spectacular. Definitely a quality service.

When they were done they looked close to brand new. Very courteous and professional, arrived on time and finished in a reasonable amount of time. We are going to schedule them to come out and clean the grout in the kitchen soon. Definitely recommend Quality Care Carpet Cleaning!

Excellent work, very friendly and professional

Tim showed up on time, took a look at what we needed done, and got to work. The carpets looked great. I had no idea the tile and grout could look so much better. He said our carpet and tile/grout were pretty good to start with, but I saw a definite improvement after he was finished. No need to look elsewhere...Tim is your guy!

The technician was polite and friendly. He was clear about what the cost and guarantees included. He was able to get the smell and stains out of the dining room. We will definitely call him again.

Tim, the owner of Quality Care, is extremely professional, thorough, and easy to work with. The total job was a tough job that lasted a couple of days but Tim was up to the task. The results were excellent and we will be hiring Tim to come back for duct cleaning (including the ducts in the 20 foot ceiling), and to take care of our new carpets.
