MY FLOORING AMERICA

Description of Work: From the sales people, customer service, installers all very responsive to one's needs. they were all very professional. We love our new kitchen floor.

Description of Work: They were able to get someone out quickly to do a measurement and color consultation, but after we signed the contract, it was like pulling teeth to get any communication. We were told to expect 3-5 days until the scheduler should call to set up a time for installation. 10 days later and after I had already received my first bill, we had to call to inquire on the status since we hadn't heard anything. The sales consultant said she would check and get back to us...did not happen. Finally after an email to the store manager, we were able to get some communication and the guys who came to install the flooring were great, but I still had to make my first payment before any of it was installed. That was done in September and to this day we still haven't had a follow up call or email from the store ensure our floor was installed to our liking...after several marketing emails indicating we should be hearing from them soon. I've just had much better customer service elsewhere.

Description of Work: I was completely satisfied with Flooring America. The customer service was very good. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had a little issue with the instillation date and time. They were super prompt in fixing the issue. The cost was a little out of our budget, but we went forward with Flooring America because of the superior service and product. We could have gone somewhere else, but I am truly glad we did not. I am true believer in you get what you pay for. I would use them again and will refer to my family and friends too.
