Very prompt and professional. There were able to come out the same day I called them and fix the problem in a very short amount of time.

I called Green Eagle Garage Door Co. this morning expecting to schedule a date for replacing our garage door master springs. No scheduling required . . . the work was completed by 11:00 a.m. this morning! Robert returned my initial call promptly and even called back a second time to let me know when to expect his technician. Technician arrived before time given, he helped me move a few items out of the way (my husband and I were expecting to move before repair was scheduled), and he replaced everything back to their original spot. Could not ask for a more professional, responsive, punctual and fair-priced company! It's great to have our garage door working and quiet -- no more squeaking. Thank you Robert and Corey!!

Robert arrived promptly the same day called and was very professional. He repaired what was broken without trying to sale unnecessary parts and labor. Quick In and out service - will definitely use again.

BEST customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. They were AWESOME!!! I emailed Green Eagle Garage Door through the Angie's List email contact link at 6:00AM Monday morning. They replied with at text to my cell phone at 6:09AM asking for my address. I replied with the information and they said someone would be out between 8:00 and 9:00. The service man called me at 8:15 to say he'd be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived at 8:30 and replaced the garage door spring, I paid (receiving my educator's discount without even mentioning it to the service man) and he drove away from my house at 9:10AM. It was so nice to have this issue solved so quickly & easily. I will gladly recommend Green Eagle Garage Door to anyone and everyone. They get an A+++ for dependability and service.

On 10/17/2012, the cable came off of the pulley on one side of our garage door. The cable then became wrapped around the mechanism. At this point, the door was slightly tilted on that side, was totally inoperable and was stuck in the open position. This happened because an obstruction in the door track was not noticed until after trying to close the door. Careless on our part, I know. We called Green Eagle Garage Door Co. and they agreed to look at it that same day between their scheduled appointments. We were relieved they could send someone that same day because we did not want to leave the door open all night. The repairman arrived about an hour after our initial call and had it fixed and operable very quickly. The service charge was very reasonable, and the repairman was very polite and professional. Our experience with Green Eagle Garage Door Co. does not end here though. About a month later, our garage door opener started to make a strange noise. This problem was unrelated to the first service call. The door still worked fine, but the noise sounded like it was coming from the motor. Being a 15+ year-old unit, we feared that it might finally have to be replaced. We called Green Eagle again and they came out to look at it. Apparently the motor housing was working loose and needed a simple tightening. They fixed that for us and charged us nothing. The garage door has been working fine ever since. We are very pleased with Green Eagle Garage Door Company and will definitely call on them again for all of our garage door work.

After closing the door on my SUV, the garage door was stuck closed and the tracks were bent. After trying for about an hour to get it back to working myself, my wife suggested I needed help (in more ways than one). I called and spoke to Robert Wilson who immediately put my worst fears to rest. He told me that it could most likely be repaired for about $100 depending on parts cost. We agreed on a repair time that very same day. Cody came out after giving me a call to confirm the time, showed up on time, and repaired it in about 20 minutes. The door actually works better now than before I screwed it up. It is quieter and seems to move effortlessly, unlike before. I was stunned at the cost, only $79.50. I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars for my mistake and could have easily been taken advantage of, but that didn't happen. These guys are great: fast, knowledgeable, and honest.

I live in New England, and needed service on my rental property in Lake Dallas. This is a town house that has a double garage with 2 individual doors. The opener on one door had failed outright, and behavior of the second door was getting iffy. Angie's List helped me narrow down the search and I settled on Green Eagle. The "A" ratings across the board should tell the whole story, but let me underscore that the Green Eagle team is truly courteous as well as professional. They know their craft and will repair a unit rather than summarily replace it. I like that approach. I'm very pleased that I found Green Eagle Garage Door. Great service at a fair price. What more could you want?

I called Green Eagle and spoke to the owner of the company. He told me that he would come out the same day and look at our garage door before lunch. He did exactly what he said he would do. We were not sure if the door could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. Green Eagle said that they could repair the door and gave us a price. He said that he would be back in two days to fix the door and he was. The work was done as in the estimate and because they noticed other problems with the garage door opener they fixed that to.

Our garage door was replaced in 2011 because of hail damage. By fall of 2012 it was having trouble closing. It would get 2 feet from the ground and then go back up. We'd have to get out of the car and manually push to get it past that spot. Our roofer had the guy come back who replaced the door and he said the motor would need to be replaced soon. We thought that was strange because it was a good brand and we had only built the house 7 years ago. We had Green Eagle come out and they said it just needed to be adjusted, which they did. It's been working great since then!

Garage door moving parts were adjusted with helped the door open better. He did not stock my garage door opener (my opener is very old), but he did program the one I had bought from the internet.

Very well (see above in "services performed". This may have been a minor repair, but it left me with a good feeling about the company and I would probably contact them again for garage door service or replacement.

Very friendly folks from first call to visit from Cody and they were very responsive in showing up the next day at the time they said they would arrive. With a busy schedule, I appreciate their promptness and reliability. They put a metal bar on the bent door which I didn't even know was a possibility (I thought I would have to replace the door) and it seemed to do the trick. They fixed the tension in the chain on the other door and because it is a very old Overhead Door, he didn't think he could do much to fix the light that wasn't functioning - gave me advice on how to find another opener for such an old door as well. They also used silicon spray on all the moving parts where the doors bend and on the tension springs that operate the doors and said this should be done occasionally by the homeowner as well. Cody shared that they have spray at Home Depot or Lowe's labeled especially for garage doors, but is also 2x in price of just silicon spray - which is all you need. Being a die-hard self fix-it person, I took the metal casing off the motor of the older garage door after they left. To my surprise, it was caked solid with mud wasp nests. I tried as gently as possible to bang all the mud out and when finally cleared I had 2 wires dangling that looked like they might go to the light... low and behold they fit and the light turned on... I guess my only disappointment in the service was that I thought in an inspection that they might look at the insides of the openers and do a little more troubleshooting, but maybe that wasn't a part of the service. I've never had to have a garage door serviced before so I wasn't sure quite what to expect. I really liked Cody and all the information he shared and will have them back if a problem arises again or for a full system replacement.

He was at our home within an hour of me calling and what a nice man!! He was very polite, knowledgeable and conscientious of our budget. He set out to repair the one spring, but did go ahead and inspect the second one to determine how much life was left in it. He let us know what the price would be to replace the second one while he was there, but he never pressured us to do so. He looked at our door and opener as well, but rather than telling us it was "on its last legs", he said it was still in pretty good shape and that when the time comes he'd love to have our business but that there was no need to replace it now. I don't dole out referrals easily to my friends and family as we've been burned before by doing that. However, I have told my friends and family about him and would tell anyone else that needs work on a garage door to give these people a call! (Oh...by the way, we did go ahead and get the second spring replaced! It was cheaper to do it while he was there rather than having it done separately later ?).

I was so impressed by how quick he got there, his great price, high ethics and how fast he repaired it. He could have easily charged me more as others before him have. The garage door has been working perfectly!! HIGHLY recommend this company.

We had a problem with the garage door in a rental house we had just purchased. Tenant was moving in over the weekend so we needed a quick repair. The owner answered the phone and scheduled a repair for the date and time that was convenient for me. The service tech was in and out of there quickly and the door was working perfectly. We would definitely use them again.

I called on a Sunday night after my husband left for the airport and the garage door came crashing down. He offered to come over that night since my car was trapped in the garage but I didn't want to impose. He gave an estimate over the phone, came over first thing Monday morning, confirmed the problem and the price, fixed it and was done in 30 to 45 minutes. He also successfully linked my car to the garage door opener. He'd obviously done that many times. Should have had him hook up a few other items around the house that my husband couldn't conquer!

Discovered them when they answered the phone for a door company that was recommended to us went out of business, and they had the same number. We used them to do temporary repairs about a year before (a broken spring). When our old door and opener gave out, they made an emergency call to secure the door, arriving within the hour, and they provided a prompt estimate which seemed quite reasonable to us. We called them back after a couple of months, and they honored the estimate and scheduled us for the next week. In and out in about three hours or so, the technician was friendly and no-nonsense. Would definitely hire again.

Contacted late Sunday via email and was called promptly early Monday. Sent pictures of door in question and called to discuss options. Robert was honest with his opinion and offerd up some options to consider. Appointment was set and I was contacted frequently with updates. He arrived before scheduled time and performed the job in a timely manner. Fast, friendly and reliable are the words to describe his actions.

They entire process was well done. I placed my order on the phone and when my door came in they made an appointment to come to my location and install it. They came out and put the door on and then adjusted another door for me that was put on by the builder 10 years ago.

Service was available immediately and work was done professionally. We would use this service again.

Car gor stuck in garage when the spring broke. So I needed help quickly. Green Eagle came out that afternoon and replaced the part. The servicemen were very professional and explained and showed me what needed to be fixed. I appreciated their timely response and courteous service. I would definitely call them first should I need garage door repair again.

Robert was very prompt arriving at my home early the next morning as expected. He was very professional and replaced the spring within an hour. I was very satisfied with the work and will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend them.

James and Cody were the technicians. They gave a pre-arrival call and arrived punctually. James and Cody were very courtious! They immediately diagnoised the situation and professionally accomplished all necessary tasks. They were very efficient and are a great team! They worked around a lot of 'stuff' in our garage that complicated their tasks and never uttered a complaining word. This is the second time (with different issue) that Green Eagle provided excellent Customer Service for us (new garage door was installed several years ago by another company that is no longer serving Denton). 4:30 pm on a Sunday I hear a crash as the garage door was going down. Wasn't sure what the problem was, so I called in a neighbor. He pointed out that the spring had broken. He disconnected the door opener and we tried to lift the door. We were unable to fully open it and my car was inside and not going anywhere. I called Green Eagle Garage Door Co. and interrupted Mr Wilson cooking dinner for his kids. He quoted me a price ($50 extra for the weekend) and I decided it was worth it. It saved me trying to find some burly men to get the garage door up so my car could be moved so that I could go to work. I could have scheduled the work for a week day, but that wasn't worth the hassle of losing time from work. Mr Wilson told me at 5:00 that he could be at my house by 6:30pm. He showed up at 6:00 and had everything taken care of by 6:30. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future and have given his business card to my neighbors.
