Green Eagle Garage Door

Everything went perfectly, as always. I used them previously for a garage door opener repair. I found them on Angie's list several years ago. This time they installed a new garage door opener. They are always prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job. Green Eagle is the best home service company I have ever worked with. There is a reason they have such great reviews.

Green Eagle came EXACTLY when they said the would; did EXACTLY what I wanted and charged me EXACTLY what they bid. There work was quick, professional and performed courteously. They have a reputation as the best and it is well earned! I would definitely use them again.

Called Green Eagle and they came out the next day. Cody was very professional and was able to quickly resolve all of the issues. Fixed the door, reset the opener so that it now reverses, and oiled up the rails on both openers. Great service at a very reasonable price. In a time when you can get ripped off by many companies, Green Eagle is a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

It went great! Cody was out in a matter of hours. Diagnosed and fixed my garage in under an hour. He and his son in law Robert are wonderful honest people and aren't looking for an upsale. They simply want to help you out. This is my second time using them and they save me money every time! I really appreciate people not trying to sell me everything under the sun so I wanted to write a review for them.

We installed a cedar garage door in May. We recently had an issue were it came off its track. We called them late Friday night and they were out to fix it the next day first thing in the morning. I am very impressed with their customer service. They stand behind their installs 100%. I highly recommend this company A++++.

I called this morning and they were able to send someone out in the afternoon. Cody came out as scheduled and told me it was going to be an easy fix. He fixed it in no time and I was very pleased. He was very professional and very nice.

It all went smoothly and expertly. Called the late afternoon the day before and they could come out the next morning between 8-9. Robert arrived on time, quickly assessed the issue. Definitely a broken spring. Recommended replacing the other spring at the same time. That made sense and he did the job in less than an hour. All working as it should be. Nice job. Thanks

Called afternoon of 4/15; within the hour Cody arrived, reviewed the situation, and we arranged for replacement the next morning at 8 AM. James arrived on time and within the hour had completed the work, cleaned up and removed the old materials. Additionally he greased the door springs and rollers to significantly reduce the noise made by the door when opening or closing.

Quick service and very fair pricing!

One of the torsion springs for our garage door broke yesterday. I called Green Eagle yesterday afternoon, and they were out this morning to replace the spring. They were fast, and their prices are more than reasonable. We would readily recommend their services to anyone!

My wife backed into the garage door while leaving for work. This meant that the door was completely stuck halfway up. Called Green Eagle at 8 am and explained the situation. They had someone out here that morning and got the door working, fixed the broken trim, and made sure the everything else looked good. Cody, the technician, was very quick, thorough, and exceptionally nice. I would without question use them the next time we decide to slam on of our vehicles into our garage door.

Wonderful! The gentleman set up the appointment and quoted me a price for both garage doors on the first call. Appt was within a few days of the call to fit my schedule. They arrived on time & finished the work in about an hour and hauled off the old motors and parts. Price was the exact quote.

The service went well. The estimator showed up in a timely manner. However, he told us about a crack that did not exist and told us that an extra panel in the door will also need to be replaced. We were puzzled by his finding. We went out to look at the crack that we were not aware of and discovered that it was a line of dirt that stuck to the garage door. When we asked the estimator to show us where he saw the crack in the second panel, he quickly realized his mistake and immediately lowered the estimated cost. The repairmen returned as soon as the material came in and completed the repair work. The garage door has been working just fine ever since the repair was made. The work that was done is quality work. We will use them again, if needed.

Only one was broken but he suggested replacing both now as the cheaper way to go. He also let us know our circuit board was no longer receiving a signal from the opener and needed to be replaced due to age. We have been operating manually for some months. No pressure, he said he knew that if it was not in the budget to fix it now just to call him when it was.

The service was excellent! The technician arrived promptly on time and completed the work within about 20 minutes so we could get the car out of the garage. I will definitely use them in the future when needed.

They repaired an automatic garage door on our single-family home that had been malfunctioning for a few months (it wouldn't open or close at the "touch of a button," as it was supposed to, and would often become stuck in the middle of its opening or closure). The gentleman from Green Eagle arrive exactly on time, took about ten minutes to assess the problem, and then clearly explained what he was going to do to resolve it. Then he did exactly what he said he would in the time he said it would take (about 45 minutes). Our garage door has worked exactly as it was designed to ever since. The gentleman from Green Eagle was as good a diagnostician as he was a repairman, and he comported himself in an extremely professional manner.

Our garage door was broken and I needed it fixed ASAP. I used their emergency after hours service (additional fee was applied) and they came right out and fixed it in 30 mins. Cody was really nice and professional while he was working on it in the dark in the freezing cold. Even with the after hours fee, the price was super reasonable and I would recommend this company to anyone. Seems like a great family business.

I wish I could give an A+++! Really, the experience I had with Green Eagle was wonderful. They answered when I called, gave a fair estimate, and were able to get the job done within a reasonable time frame. They also gave me options that I had not previously considered. Overall, they treated me like I was a human being, which is not always the case these days. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
