+ 0 moreI went to open my garage door and go to work. It wouldn't open all the way and after a couple of tries the overhead mechanism popped off the rails. I couldn't even pull the door up. So the car was stuck in the garage and I was stuck without transportation to work--or anywhere else. I called Green Eagle and was immediately connected to Robert, the owner. He said they were on the way to another job but could get to my house between 1-3 pm. He apologized for not being able to get there sooner, which I thought was very courteous of him. A little after 1 pm Cody, Robert's father (in-law?) arrived and went straight to work. He explained what he thought the problem was and about how long it would take to fix. He was very professional in our interactions and the work was done in a timely manner. He offered to return if the repair needed any adjustments. Just had the work done today. So no input on the need for a return visit at this time. I found my interactions with the men from Green Eagle to be courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them and call them again if I have any trouble.
