Description of Work: Today Randy the Plumber came to our home to replace a faucet bib. Randy was very prompt, and even more more importantly, was extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He was friendly, and we walked together throughout the house inspecting the plumbing and actually repaired a couple items that needed attention. I plan to use Randy to install new ADA compliant toilets in my home. I would recommend him "in a heartbeat" to anyone needing plumbing services!

Description of Work: We took advantage of an "Angie's List - Big Deal" and had 2 programable therostats installed. The installer called to let us know he was on his way and arrivwed right on time. He checked both the furnaces for the thermostats, and let us know what he found. He installed the 2 thormostats very carefully and left everything in good order. He was very pleasant - as was the office person who scheduled our appointment. All-in-all, a very good experience at a fair price.

Description of Work: They installed a digital thermostat for us and were to conduct a furnace (heating) inspection. They showed up about an hour late because they forgot their parts, but called to let me know they would be late. They were friendly and nice. Explained their work and took pictures of things that would be fixed. They had to leave to get further parts and went to the car for various quotes and pricing. Their pricing for the other things they recommended seemed high. I was happy with the service itself, but there were a few areas they could improve. Promptness, pricing, having their parts available and with them (took a large part of my day to stay there and complete the job). Also, afterwards, when my husban went up to do some work in the attic, he said they left it pretty messy up there.

Description of Work: My outside faucet, which is located in the brick, was leaking. The repairman had to chip out the cement around the faucet before he could repair it. He replaced the faucet quickly and efficiently with minimal mess.

Description of Work: Paid for the service, they scheduled twice but never showed up and have not responded to my request to reschedule and perform the work. If they do come I will be glad to rate the company based on the experience but at this point I am unsure about whether they will fulfill the obligation. I am flexible but would appreciate more communication.

Description of Work: I originally purchased the coupon to have 2 toilets installed. The first one went fine. The plumber alerted me to possible complications with the second toilet that I had not noticed. The floor was tiled up to the toilet, not under it, so we did not replace the second toilet. Instead, he just replaced the flapper and flush valve. He checked first to make sure the flush valve was able to be replaced and did not break off in his hand. We had had a plumber two weeks before who "broke" another toilet as he was fixing it. The plumber from Force Home Services was prompt, kind, and professional. We would use them again!

Description of Work: Replace Pipe in shower, check outside frost proof faucets

Description of Work: I recommend asking the price upfront. I used Force to unclog a condensation drainage line. This involved sticking a hose in the drainage line and blasting compressed air three times. Service call $89 + Condensate clearing $65 = $154.00 (20 minutes maybe). Ouch! Because of variables with drainage lines, the work is not guaranteed - if it backs up tomorrow, I'd have to pay for another service call.

Description of Work: Replaced bathroom sink facets. Repairs were well done and according to agreement by a master plumber. Cleaned up site. Punctual and pleasant. I would use again. Thanks for service.

Description of Work: David arrived at the house right on time. He was extremely courteous and pleasant. He changed out the bathtub/shower faucet and shower head. He completed the task inside the 2 hours from the Angie's List Big Deal I purchased. It was just $19 for the parts. I definitely would use Force Home Services again. Also, the scheduling process was easy and convenient over email with Teri.

Description of Work: Removed stuck hoses from washing machine, put on new shower pipe, tightened some loose faucets.
