+ -1 moreI scheduled on Thursday at 12:42pm online and received two text messages from 8447400800 saying "Your visit with Force Home Services is being processed" and goes on about our service tech will contact you to schedule. I talked with a person on Friday and was told someone would come out at 4pm on the following Wednesday. I had called earlier and was not the nicest person but my appointments where apparently cancelled maybe due to this. I wish I was notified and someone took the time to let me know the company did not want my business. I am not sure if I was too rude or its because of some other reason but cancelling an appointment with out notification seems a bit petty.

+ -1 moreHe told me about a valve that would do something special with some kind of water flow back from flooding on the floor in the hallway and I elected to have that put in. I don't know what it's called and I don't know what it costs, but to me, it was a good investment. So, I went and had him do it that day. I like that they are honest. I have a sense that they're trustworthy and that their prices are fair for the market that I'm in.

+ -1 moreTheir honesty and technicians are very professional. They know what they are doing, and there's never hesitancy. If me as the customer ask for questions, they're able to answer them.
Description of Work: They came in checked my unit changed the filter. They used their gauges to make sure the thermostat was in agreement with the gauges. He checked the air flow to make sure it was consistent with the gauges. He reviewed the programming of the thermostat.

My neighbors have seen their truck in front of my house and I've had several of them ask me what I had done and would I mind telling them the price. I say well I have this and, this and this is what it cost me if I didn't have their contract. They said, "Wow, that's good.". So, I do believe their prices are fair and competitive.
Description of Work: He changed the filters, checked the operation of the air conditioner and heater. He was out side looking at the unit. Then, he checked the vents in every room to make sure it was consistent. He checked the gauges and whatever measurements he was looking for and making sure they're okay.

+ -1 moreHe always calls me before he comes and tells me he would be there in probably 20 minutes, he shows up at the time he promises and always on time. Every one of them has excellent manners meaning they're professional, kind and nice. They get straight to work. They always clean up the area in which they're working. They're just really nice. I get a professional assessment at the end to tell me how the units are working.
Description of Work: He asked if I was having any trouble with air conditioning or heating, change the filter and checks the unit with the gauges to make sure it was in line with the thermostat. He checked the vents to make sure the heating was consistent throughout the house.

Description of Work: They looked to see if the filter needed to be changed and they would change it. They checked my thermostat and the temperature o the air going through vents throughout my house to make sure it was consistent. He asked me if I was having any trouble or problems with the thermostat or the cooling, I told him no. Then, he went outside and checked the freon in the outside unit. Then, the inside unit, he used a bunch of gauges to check what my thermostat was showing compared to what the gauges was showing.

Before, the president of the company came out and did an energy audit on my entire house and gave me and recommendation on what I can do immediately to make my house energy efficient and made most of those changes. Then, when he came back and gave me the estimate on the unit. He showed me all of the calculations, and he came up with the same size that I currently have of my air conditioning and heating unit. He gave me the confidence as a buyer that this wasn't just " Yeah, let's put the same one that you had before."

I went with them because I had done business with them for a couple of years and I really didn't want to search out an unknown provider to search through my house and give me an estimate. I felt comfortable with this company.

+ -1 moreI could not think of anything that would improve their service. The schedule appointment and they are out if it's an emergency. There was flooding and they got emergency call and they had to reschedule that day. I just couldn't ask for anything else.
Description of Work: They did a summer check. He changed the filter and checked the air vents to make sure it's consistent flow throughout the house. He checked the outside unit to make sure it's consistent for the air and heat.

Mine, they had to open the wall and then they would not fix it after opening it so I had to use the coupon for something else. They did not do the job I wanted. They couldn't do it because they said my hose is different so they didn't replace the hose faucet. I used the coupon for plumbing for a home inspection. I use this provider for everything. This was the only bad experience I have had with them because the coupon did not state the condition.
Description of Work: I wanted them to do an outdoor hose faucet replacement. They did a home plumbing inspection instead.

+ -1 moreAppointment window came and went with no call or communication from the plumber scheduled for the install or the company. I called them 15 minutes after the appointment time to find out if they were on their way or lost. I was informed that they were at another job and were not coming and that they would have to reschedule me for the following Monday - meaning that I would have to take another day off work and hang around waiting for them, as if no one else's time is valuable and we are all at their mercy. This from a company that touted their many positive reviews and their claim of being a top service provider. I prefer to award my business to companies that keep their word and show up!

+ -1 moreUnfortunately, I had thanked him for the estimate and walked him to the door. Another estimate they gave me - we are remodeling the other bathroom and everything is down to the studs. I just needed the shower head to be about a foot higher. They quoted me $685 just to raise the height of the plumbing for the shower head. The other company charged me $375 to re-do the whole plumbing to update the shower so I could have a modern hardware set instead of the 1958 hardware currently on there. If they had redone the whole plumbing it probably would have been 6-8 times that cost. My advice- shop around, get estimates.
Description of Work: Office was very nice and helpful, professional. They were able to send someone out toward the end of the day, so I was very thankful. I was given an estimate of $400 to unclog our toilet that wasn't flushing down. There was no basis for the pricing, even if it only took 30 minutes total. I was told it was just the service fee of $99 and then the rest was to service the toilet and unclog it. It was a very young guy that came into my home to look at it and then he had to go back out "and call the office to get pricing." Seriously, it was so obvious- he told them I had one bathroom and I was desperate. BAM! $400 no thank you! I followed through with another plumber on this site and paid $175 for resetting the toilet AND replacing the guts inside the tank.
