Description of Work: WOW! Force is great. I have never been a "fan" of a plumbing company. We needed repairs for our home after a recent buyers inspection. I worked with Lisa Cox via email and sent her our inspection report. She quoted the work via email and outlined pricing assumptions. We scheduled via email and got the work going. Guy was our plumbing tech. This guy is top notch. Very friend and very professional. I watched him work and his skills is apparent. He even let my kids watch him wrap up his work. The quality was excellent and the price was good. Guy also went out of his way to clean up our sidewalk and get our yard looking good after digging a hole. If we ever need plumbing work again, I will call these folks first.

Description of Work: Great job! Professional, kind, clean, & good price. We used Force to fix some items discovered during a recent buyers inspection of our home. I called Force and spoke to Lisa Cox who is great. She reviewed our inspection report and put together a quote calling out assumptions and explaining where the price could change once they got a closer look at our problems. I enjoyed working with them via email since I was doing a lot if my correspondence during work. Demone was our tech. He was professional and friendly. Felt like a member of the family before he left. The service was done as expected and he provided pointers for our system. He carefully walked us through his repairs and services. The repairs look good and the air is blowing cold.

Description of Work: I called Angies list and told them I wanted this service at the cost they indicated. They gave me the information I needed to present to Force Home Services. I called them and set up an appointed. someone from their office subsequently called ,me and stated that there would be no charge, because I had previously paid for a heater tune up and this tune up was included in that charge.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon good for two hours of plumbing service. I needed two toilets fixed and a shower head installed. I was concerned about the situation with one of the toilets because the last time I flushed it all the pipes in the house shook and made noises. The plumber explained that one toilet just needed a new flapper but that the other needed a new flapper and a new cutoff valve. It was the broken cutoff that was causing all the noise and shaking pipes. He still had some time left on the two hours and asked if there was anything else he could look at. He looked at the pull out faucet on my kitchen sink and explained that the internal plastic fitting was probably broken. He suggested replacing the faucet (eventually) with one with no internal plastic pipes. He was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Description of Work: Force Home Services did a pre-season A/C check on our two unit central air system. The technician was courteous and thorough, and tested the system giving it a "clean bill of health." The system is less than a 1 1/2 years old, so the report of the system being in good condition was expected. However, the numerous recommendations for additional parts without explanation of functionality problems for which they were needed to solve was a bit telling the the technicians may be selling parts for commission.

Description of Work: Would only honor the initial coupon and apply it to the job estimate. But the catch was they would have to come out to give estimate and if we could not agree to a price they would bill me $59 for the privilege of them coming out to give me a bid. They based the job on the value of the work not the time to do the job. I am taking the risk of doing the job on a price per hour and they refused. They wanted to bid the job on a value based pricing leaving me at their mercy. Since I was taking the day off to have the work done it is not worth the risk of losing a day's wages for not getting the job done. I have since found a reputable plumber willing to work at a fixed price per hour plus parts.

Description of Work: I purchased the wrong things so he ended up just removing all the old and packaging it up for the guy at Lowes to help me. He was nice but...I was not preparred.

Description of Work: Installed humidifier to our central air. Installer spent 4 hours working on the project, and encountered a couple of unexpected challenges, but completed the job to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: On time as promised. Anticipated total time to be two hours, he finished in half that time. Polite, professional and kept me informed of what he was doing and asked permission before doing anything. If something needed to be repaired outside of my original discussion, he gave me options to choose from. Overall, I am completely happy with the work and with the company. Another point to make was their flexibility. My power went out the night before and was not repaired until after the scheduled time. They still worked through that obstacle. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Description of Work: The service tech arrived, installed the two thermostats and programmed them. Next, he went into the attic to check the units. I asked him to be sure to look at the filters to see if they needed replacing. I did not follow him to the attic to see if he checked the heating systems, but I did hear both come on. When he returned, he told me the system looked good as did the filters and would function as it should for another year. The invoice confirmed everything he told me.
