Description of Work: They did a check of all the plumbing in my house, letting me know what areas could use some updating and where repairs were needed. They offered pricing for the various projects, but did not pressure me to make additional purchases. I have used them for other services, and have found every technician to be skilled in their field and very professional.

Description of Work: The service was performed as specified by the agreement at a reasonable price which I can't remember at the present. However the technician insisted that I need several thousand dollars worth of work for the air conditioner to work properly. Then he sold me a service policy that would make the work cheaper. He was to return the following week to do the work. After he left I had a truly uneasy feeling about what what he said needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. I called the company and cancelled the contract and the work. The person I spoke to was very courteous about the cancellation and gave me no problems. My air conditioner functioned properly all summer without doing the expensive work the technician insisted I needed done. I had the air conditioner checked again this spring and the problems the Force technician told me needed to be repaired were not mentioned. I have no confidence in this company.

Description of Work: They stopped leak in one bathtub. They will be coming back in three days to finish the other bath because the needed parts had to be ordered. They are replacing the brass drain parts in the bathtubs They had to go (to Denton from Lewisville) to purchase parts needed and it took about 3 1/2 hours to do the work and make the purchases. They were very congenial. It seemed a bit expensive, but we have nothing to compare it to. So far, we are quite pleased.
