Description of Work: They came out and did a tune up on my air conditioner. I asked if there was any work needed and the guy made a suggestion about how I could increase the efficiency and also told me about their service program. He was very nice and I didn't feel like I was being oversold or pushed into anything.

Description of Work: Great job replacing old gold hardware and installing new brushed nickel sink, tub & shower faucets and drains. Very punctual & professional. If I give one criticism it would be that it would have been nice if I knew in advance everything he needed to complete the job. Had to make a trip to the hardware store while he was working to buy parts.

Description of Work: I paid for a $55 service call because I had 3 toilets with leak issues. The plumber gave me a bid for all 3 separately at $150 each or total of $450 so I sent him on his way. The work took just over an hour for the plumber I used instead. What a rip-off I would consider it to have been to be charged $450 for just over an hour's plumbing work.
