Description of Work: They repaired my air conditioner. They are fantastic!

Description of Work: Fixed 2 toilets, one constant running and one slow refill. One needed adjustment and the other needed parts replaced. The gentleman explained everything and performed minimal work needed, advising other part still had life. He could have replaced everything and I would not have known the difference. Very honest!

Description of Work: Both men were very polite and knowledgable. They worked quickly and competently and explained exactly what they did. They performed two minor toilet bowl rebuilds.

Description of Work: I made an apt to perform maintenance on tankless water heater and to change a water filter. The appointment was postponed by the company and I was given another appt. Not an emergency so I was good with it. I was given a window of 11-1 and it was confirmed as 12-2. Still OK. I needed to leave my house by 4 pm. At 3:30 I was told that the plumber wouldn't be able to get the job completed by then and was offered a 7:00 pm appt. I wasn't going to be home at that time, so they made it for the following day. Thru no fault of his the plumber was unable to change the filter because the current filter had corroded and couldn't be removed. He did perform the flush of the water heater. I was pleased with the actual service but did not like the fact that I wasted a whole day waiting on that second appointment. I've come to increasingly value my time and resent wasting it waiting for service people

Description of Work: The customer service person was excellent, but the technician who came to do the work forgot to put the 1kg Freon, but the office customer service person, I think her name was Kathy, she called me and said she did notice that on the invoice and sent the same technician for the 2nd time. He said the coiled should be clean and leak some where etc., and in the end charged me $265, so the $49 deal end up costing me over $300.

Description of Work: Checked out HVAC syst m (Prepped AC system for summer). VERY honest regarding costs, installation, etc etc. Ended up contracting with this company for semi annual service on HVAC system which also includes a yearly plumbing service. Contract covers A LOT in comparison to other companies I have seen and is paid out monthly in order to ensure no lapse in contract and to ensure affordability for customers. Highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Description of Work: They were a no show! When I was finally able to get through to them they informed me that we were out of their service area. It would have been appropriate when they received our work request that we were informed immediately of the situation instead of waiting days to schedule and then have no one show.

Description of Work: Two representatives from the provider arrived at the appointed date/time and, in addition to draining our water heater, did a walk-through inspection of all our plumbing fixtures. Four recommendations for future work were made as a result of the inspection, some of which we will likely consider completing. The representatives were punctual, cordial and professional, and we would definitely consider using this provider again.

Description of Work: They came and did an inspection on all my faucets, toilets and water heater which is what I signed up for. They drained the water heater as best they could but did say it was going to need to be replaced. Did not want to hear that at this time but know it is something I need to do in the future. Very courteous and professional.
