Description of Work: I purchased a $49 Spring A/C Tune-Up service on 7/20/15 and a few days later I called and got a scheduled day for the service on 8/7/15 between 8:00 to 11:00 am. I made a time arrangement on the service date so I can meet with the service personnel, around 12:00 pm I called the company to see if the service person will be delay and much to my surprise I was told my scheduled service will needed to be rescheduled for another two weeks due to the high volume of air conditioner system down calls which the company received two days ago. The person over the phone told me all Tune-Up services will be rescheduled, but my question to the company is if they already decided two days ago to delay all Tune-up services why didn't they call their customers so that they would not need to take time off to wait for the canceled appointment and would the rescheduled time be honored or will they be rescheduled again due to another high system down calls ?

Description of Work: When I contacted the company to arrange for the air conditioner tune-up, they offered me a heat/air maintenance package that seemed reasonable, so I took it. The technicians were punctual and appeared knowlegable. They left a check list of possible repairs/upgrades, but were not pushy.

Description of Work: They do annual health checks on my AC/Heater system as well as an annual health check on the plumbing system. Both calls this year were very professional and we were pleased with the services performed. Recommendations made were documented with pricing and prioritizations. Top notch service that I like so much I have started using their monthly service plan that gives pricing breaks and includes the annual system checks.
