When I bought the coupon, it turned out to be out of their area. It was not stated so in their terms. Angie's list offered me Complete Cool air as a different company. It cost $40.00 more, but I took it. I feel like this is probably a very good company to deal with. They were very nice and very apologetic. If I were in their area, I believe I would have been very happy with them.

The person doing the job was very friendly and professional. He did a good job and we are happy overall. However, I was clear when i made the appointment that I didn't want the brick on my house to be removed to do these faucets. I advised them that if they needed to remove brick I didn't want the work done. He was able to do one without removing brick, but the second pipe broke in the wall when he went to remove the faucet and he had to then remove brick to repair the broken line. I now have to pay to have a mason come out to replace those bricks.

Technicians arrived to my home on time. They reviewed services to be provided. Technician asked for inputs and answered my questions. One Service Technician went into attic and checked furnace and other Technician went outside and checked AC units. Technicians replaced air filters, took air blower measurements, took electrical measurements, cleaned drain lines, cleaned AC units, and checked thermostats. Technician then reviewed results with me and identified couple of items that could be changed to provide better system efficiency. I thought Technicians were courteous, knowledgeable, and wanted to help. I was very satisfied with Services and will use Force Home Services again.

I had a leaking water main in the my front yard and the DIYer I am I dug and found the leak. Then tried using push fittings to put it back together. Let just say that I made the leak much worse. So I call around and got bids from $365 to $585. I kept calling, heck I did all of the digging. I called Force Home Services. I spoke to Lisa who was warm and extremely helpful. She sent out the plumbers Denny and Mike - Who had the everything put back together and tested in no time. Both of them where friendly and professional. This was the type of experience that you hope for when calling for plumbing work. They will be the only plumbers I will use from this day forward. Thank you, you made a stressful situation into a great experience!

We were called within an hour or two and were told by Lisa that she would check for availability and call back. She did that quickly and stated that we would get the service late afternoon. It all happened as advertised and I/we could not be more impressed with the company from m top to bottom.. Thank you so very much!

Amazing. 3rd time I have used company. Wife and baby at home while I am at work. Always super friendly, professional and even came on Sunday and installed water heater and took away old one. After using them many times, I will never use another company except Force Home Services.

Called them on Jan 13, 2016 to estimate repairing a non-functioning furnace (it quit in the dead of winter of course) at a rent property. They came the same day, inspected the system, checked the warranty, etc. and gave an estimate to repair and/or replace. ? Due to the age of the old system, we decided to install a new system and they adjusted their schedule to do the install the next day. ?Fantastic! ? They got the system in in a matter of hours and came back over the weekend to complete minor adjustments and added an outside cutoff. ?The men were courteous and professional.

I am completely pleased them. We found out that the fans were not adjusted properly from one room to another. We also found out that it could read one temperature yet it actually is a different temperature. The servicing also wasn't done but the second person that came took care of that.

They did an excellent job on the install of the unit. They were neat. Cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. The City Inspector that inspected the job knew who did the install based on the quality of the work when he looked at our system.

Replacement ended up being more complicated than was bargained for. They completed the work without an upcharge or complaint. Very professional and quality work.

He flushed water from both heaters, verified all plumbing area and recommended few changes for better improvements

It took an extra day to contact me, which was fine. They gave me a service date which was not too far out and worked with me on the timing (I have school drop off and pickup). I had to reschedule 2 days before the appointment and they were very accommodating. My time was 8:00 - 10:00. Guy called about 8:20 and said he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous and did the job quickly. No more leaky faucets now!

I wasn't too impressed. I'll never use them again. They tried to upsell on everything. They were telling me that I needed this and this and it just wasn't true. They just walked through and looked at stuff. I'd rather pay $100 and get somebody to do the job. They were just a little more interested in selling me something than servicing the equipment. They didn't really do anything. They just checked voltage, stuff that I could have done. They didn't even check the pressure and the freon. I was supposed to get up to 2 pounds free but they never even checked it. They were just there to sell something. They were on time. When I called them for the coupon, they were doing a sale because they also do plumbing. They are doing a sale on hot water heaters. The plumbing end of it was fine. They installed my hot water heater and I've had no problems at all. They seemed professional.

They were good and prompt. Offered me a deal on a new water heater as well, which I couldn't do at the time, but later they came back and did that as well. Would use again.

Everything went smoothly and was done in a neat and workmanlike manner.

I had intended on getting my ducts cleaned (just bought home). But they were the original ducts from 1985, and they were ready to be replaced. Force Services uses a fixed pricing structure. It seemed in line with the work being done. On the day of the installation they were running late (I had an early morning appointment?). There were two techs doing the installation. They used drop cloths to contain the debris. I had carpet cleaning scheduled later that day. I had to notify the techs to clean out one of the last rooms so the carpet cleaners could finish their job. This seemed to upset one of the techs. This is the situation that rubbed me the wrong way: The tech had the audacity to tell the carpet cleaning person it was "poor planning on my part!!!" I was notified by the carpet cleaner of the tech's comments. If they (Force) had shown up at the time promised, there would have been no overlap of the two providers. I spent close to $2000.00 and was disappointed by these comments. The work performed was satisfactory. The techs cleaned up after themselves. It just seemed the one tech didn't want to be up in the hot attic that day, and vented his frustration in an unprofessional fashion. I would probably use Force again. I just hope they can keep the negative commentary to themselves.

They told me I needed a whole new systems. Quoted me a ridiculous price. I called another company and they told me all I needed was a new coil and Freon. I saved $7,000 by going with another company. Its been 3 months and my AC is working perfectly.

The call was made at approximately 11 am on a Saturday. I had a brand new well installed water heater by 3 pm that day. It does not get better than this for response to a leaking water heater a true emergency.

He was excellent. We had him come out to check to see if we needed a new roof because of storms. He said, "No," but there were areas around the roof vents where the caulking had cracked and it was going to start leaking. He took off those and put on new ones. When he took off the vents, he realized that he needed bigger ones because they had used two different sizes. They had to pull off a bunch of shingles. When they did it, he replaced all of those. So a lot of the damage I had from the storm was taken care of. It looks really nice. You can't even see a difference in the color of the shingles. It matched perfectly. He did a great job. He was very quick and very thorough. We were really happy with him.

The appointment was set for between 8am-10am and the technician showed up at 8:10am. He was very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. He performed a maintenance check on my 16yo system, including cleaning out the drain lines, replacing the filter and power washing the outside unit. He then told me the areas that could need attention in the near future, but simply wrote them on the invoice. He didn't attempt to pressure me to spend more money right then. I would definitely use this company in the future.

MIKE ARRIVED EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED WHICH WAS GREAT. HE INSPECTED & CAME UP WITH THE SAME CONCLUSION THAT I SUSPECTED. HE LAID OUT A JOB BRIEFING & WE WERE WITHOUT WATER FOR A VERY SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.WHEN MIKE STARTED TO WORK, HE DID NOT STOP UNTIL THE WORK WAS COMPLETED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS VERY HOT IN THE WORK AREA, VERY PERSONABLE YOUNG MAN.

First of all I would like to state that Curtis and Drew were fantastic. They were very responsive and attended to all the things that we stated we would like done. They went out of there way to make sure the job was done properly and clean. This was supposed to be a two day job but needed more time because of the extensive amount of work that had to be done. The job was finished today 8/4/15 and did not complain one. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They provided the work as scheduled. I have no problems. There were additional charges because they found something wrong with the unit that they had to fix. They did charge me for that but tha was reasonable. The guy's attitude needed a little adjustment. On the deal, it was fine but on the repair, it was expensive.

The service was outstanding. They were easy to reach, kept me posted about arrival time, and did an outstanding job.
