Description of Work: Replaced outdoor broken line, plus basic furnace/AC maintenance. Did the maintenance with no hassle. They made recommendations on other maintenance without being pushy. Overall very professional, friendly, and most important did reliable work.

Description of Work: Attempted to fix my bath tub leak and reconnected my bathroom sink. They came out one Monday and tried to stop the leak and it lasted a week. Then when they came back out they said it would cost around $500 to fix it. Very professional, just too pricey for me. They arrived in the time frame provided.

Description of Work: Originally scheduled appointment was rescheduled due to a plumbing emergency. I was initially irritated that I the appointment was not kept and I was not called. However, when I contacted the business, the representative informed me of the reason for the delay and offered an additional inspection to accompany the plumbing inspection. On the 2nd appointment, the plumber was punctual, professional and informative. He explained in detail his assessment and findings. He also advised me of my options. I give the company all A's except on punctuality, and that B only because I was not informed that a plumber would not be coming to the first appointment and was left waiting. Overall it was a good experience and I have confidence the company's professionalism.

Description of Work: I did forget exact time and cost. They were great... just that I got some not-great advice from the tech by phone regarding keeping the air on all the time on "fan." I found out it could cause a freeze to the system... based on what I was asking him. I would though, use them again. Friendly, punctual, knowledgable tech came to house. Friendly with making the appointment and me having to change it.
