No problems, I did have some other projects, but I didn't want to go past the two hours that I bought with the coupon.

Bought the Angie's "deal" thing from Force for 2 hours of work. All worked out very well. Sceduling was easy. The plumber was clean, polite and seemed very competent. He did everything we asked. Had to pay a little extra as we exceeded the time allotment. All told was I feel it was a good deal. Yep, I would use this company again as long as they do not price "by the job". I only pay hourly for plumbing and electrical services.

This is my second time to use Force Home Services. I had the same service technician and he is excellent! Not only is he knowledgeable, professional and quick, if he makes a mess he cleans it up and you can't tell he was ever here! I would have loved to have had him another couple of hours.....

My home warranty company cancelled my appointment with another air conditioning company at the last minute, so I called Force Home Services. They sent a very knowledgeable technician that same day which was great since it was nearly 97 degrees outside. I was very impressed.

The gentleman was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and did a great job. He was simply the nicest person.

Very good. Very professional and right on time. The technician didn't try to sell me on other services or didn't feel like they were consuming too much time.

Overall, the job went well. This was an Angie's List - Big Deal, where I purchased two hours of plumbing for $89. The price charged for the parts needed for the job was very reasonable. The only thing keeping it from being an A+ experience was that when the plumber soldered everything back in place, he had not accounted for the width of the new trim piece and the faucet fitting was too close to the shower handle. Something that I discovered as I began to layout the tile to close the wall back up. They scheduled him to return promptly and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Everything has been working fine over the past four months with no signs of trouble ahead.

The installation team arrived ahead of schedule and started work immediately. They were very courteous and personable and explained their plan of action. They removed the old unit and replaced with the new unit. The crew removed all of the trash and cleaned their areas as they worked. Again, I have to say they were very professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Force Home Service and their staff. This could have been a hard day since it was very hot (104) and I know the attic is not a fun place to be or work but these guys still had a happy attitude which was contagious. Great job and good work. Professional.

I had a coupon. They were not being clear on how long it would take them to do the work. They stopped responding, and I couldn't' get a hold of them. I finally got the attention of the owner, and they got a technician working on it. I ended up spending quite a bit of money out of my pocket. I spent over $400 over and above the coupon. I was told that they wouldn't warranty their parts. The only warranty they offered was a 30 day. After the work was done there was still a problem in the bathroom. They haven't responded back. Nov 2014 Update: This matter languished without resolution. Some interim repairs were contained by me to keep going, though still suffered an intermittently running flush - after changing supply line, valve, flipper, and other parts. More recently I hired another plumber, and have invoicing and additional funds spent. I have modified the amount in these form for $230 for now, per records vendor is telling - though I have to go back to my records and see if that amount verifies. In any case hundreds of dollars were spent for what started out as a small task. And this amount is over and above the coupon amount. I raised the matter to Angie's list for intervention and assistance.

They had installed the water filtration system. It was fine and I do not have any complaints from them. Before arriving, the guy from the Force Home Services called up for confirmation. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He knows his job well. He took time in having a look at the water lines and he understood the connection of the pipelines well. Overall it was a good experience, I will use him again in the future.

l called the evening before around 6:30 or so. A very pleasant young lady answered the phone quickly. i told her what i needed done and she was new at the job but had some one training her that she asked my question if she didn't know the answer. That was fine with me she was very professional. she told me the charges and how they charged. i was told "Demone" would be out the next morning. He was 5 minutes early! Very professional young man. Clean cut, and shaven. I showed him where the unit was and he had it knocked out in no time Very good job Demone! likewise for the phone receptionist as well. i will use these guys again for sure!

Brandon came to my home to provide an estimate for a replacement heating and air conditioning unit to replace an old, but currently properly functioning unit. He was punctual and polite, which started things off on a good note. He asked me roughly what the square footage of my house was, then said he would take measurements to calculate my required air flow and cooling. From there the estimation process began to show some troubling signs. When "measuring" the front of the house, he "eyeballed it", although he did measure the two straight brick sides with a tape measure. When I later saw the map he had drawn with the measurements, he did not include an entire room at the front of the house. He initially identified that I had too much cooling for my 2,000 square foot house, and that instead of a 5-ton unit I actually only needed a 4-ton unit. However, I also didn't have enough flow, so I'd need a third return added to a ceiling in another room. Then he said I really didn't need a third return since I had a 5-ton unit, but showed me 4-ton units for quoting. There was an optional filter that he had identified for $588 that was bundled into the listed price. When I said I did not want it, he said he would take $488 off, since that is what it really cost. I had concerns with the credibility of the estimator, and chose not to debate the inconsistencies as I was not interested in conducting business. At the end of the conversation, he told me I had to sign the quote. When I read the language next to the signature, it was actually buyer's terms committing to an installation. I refused to sign the "quote/ contract" politely, and he told me "you have to sign it, but you can write 'not interested at this time' next to it if you like" to which I informed him I did not need to sign it at all, and would not. Lastly, the pricing quoted for a 4-ton system was $3,000 more than a 5-ton system from the same manufacturer based on two other quotes - terrible pricing. The pricing for the radiant barrier was $1/ square foot, for a total of $2,000, although this was based on what I had told him verbally initially, and not any measurements. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Three weeks in advance, I booked FHS for this coming Saturday because this was the earliest they could send someone out to service my home. Today, they called and left a message stating that "this is the time of year that we can only have Saturday appointments for emergencies only, so we need to reschedule your appointment". This seemed like a poor excuse to me; did you not know that this was "the busy time of year" three weeks ago? Personally, I think the tech simply did not want to work on a Saturday. Overall, my experience was that FHS lacks professionalism. If you schedule an appointment, honor it. Certainly do not call the customer 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel, especially when they booked three weeks in advance. I suppose my situation did not merit an emergency, however, it was certainly a priority to me to ensure my house was free from gas-fumes. I was very disappointed by my experience.

The plumber Brook Whitfield showed up on time and quickly got to work. He had to use a bit of out-of-the box thinking to get the fixtures hooked up because they were not exactly compatible, but his solution worked well and all the work overall was excellent. I will definitly be using this company again for any of my plumbing needs and would recommend their services to anyone.

I had a whole list. They came out and went through my list and did all the plumbing. He even pointed things that he saw work done wrong that could have been done better when it was installed originally. I am not here all the time and I leave a list with my wife if she is here. But they get five stars from me too. My wife said they did an awesome job. We had kitchen problems, bathroom problems and my wife said that the guy was out of the door and she remembered that our toilet was messed up and our outer room. She said the guy came back in and all he charged her for was the parts she pointed out. They did a great job. I will be using them for any future plumbing needs whatsoever.

I had an appointment for 10 a.m. but he called around 8 a.m. and said he could come earlier if that was okay. I said yes and he showed up at 9 a.m. He was extremely polite and concerned about not damaging my home in any way. He started right to work on the jobs I had lined up for him. He cleaned three different drains (I have three teenagers with very long hair!), then changed out the tank system on two more toilets. He was polite, informative, and didn't try to push any additional work on me that I had not requested. I was absolutely thrilled! I would recommend them to anyone.

Compressor in our rental home quit. We had 1 company come out and tell us the whole inside and outside unit needed to be replaced. This company did a full assessment and recommended we only needed to replace the outside unit.

They are very good. I am very happy with them. I use them every six months. I am on a preferred list and I pay like $24 a month. I would recommend them for their professionalism, their courtesy, their promptness and the whole operation and also if it is not done right the first time, I don’t have to pay a dime. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

At the very beginning of summer our 14 year-old air conditioning system failed. This would be the fourth repair to this old system in one and a half years and we decided that it was time to replace it with a new, more energy efficient unit. I was hearing a lot about Force Home Services (then Air Force Heating & Air) on the radio station that I listen to so I gave them a call. They sent a Comfort Advisor out the next morning to check into our home's requirements and recommend a few different systems that would meet our needs. This is where the story of professionalism begins. Chris Sorflaten came out, did his inspection of our current system, took some measurements of our home, went to his truck for about ten minutes to put together a plan, then came inside and delivered the most professional sales pitch for HVAC systems I have ever heard. He left me a written bid for three different systems and told me to call him when we made a decision. Then he left us with no pressure at all. Because I always believe in second opinions when it comes to professional services, I called two other companies to come give me bids. The other two companies came out and conducted inspections much like Chris did. They both took measurements of my home, like Chris did. They both retired to their vehicles to put together a plan, like Chris did. Then, they both proceeded to deliver to me the most unprofessional sales pitch. One was even rude in his actions and demeanor while in my home. This made Chris, and Force Home Services, stand out even more in my mind. The other two bids were less than Force Home Services', so I called Chris (he answers his cell phone promptly) and talked to him about the other bids. I told him that I would go with Force Home Services if he could match the price of the other bids. He told me he would call me back after he talked to his manager about the price match. He called back that night around 7:30pm to tell me that they would match the other bid. This is true service! Most sales people would go home at 5pm and worry about the "poor guy with no air" the next day. He put me on the installation schedule as soon as he could, and he gave me a time and date that the installers would be there to replace my system. Knowing how these things can go, I took three days off work for the removal of the old system, and installation of the new. When the first day came, they were supposed to arrive at 8am. The truck pulled in my driveway at 7:45am and two guys jumped out. The lead installer was Dave (I do not recall his last name) and he asked for a quick walk-through. I showed him the outside unit, then took him inside and showed him the attic access. He also looked around for placement of the return air duct they were adding to the system. Upon noticing that we have hardwood floors, he laid canvas tarps between the front door and the attic access to protect them. Then, he and his assistant went to work. After about 30 minutes of work, Dave came to me with a problem. He was minus a tool that he needed to remove my old system. He called someone, and that tool was delivered within 20 minutes. That is impressive! These two work horses had my entire system removed in about three hours. Then the long process of installing the new system began. The inside of my home was getting rather warm since it had been without air for about four days by this time. Dave promised to have me cooling before he left. True to his word, cold air started blowing out of my airducts at around 6pm. Day two was a quick day. They just came in, cut the hole for the second return air duct, installed it, replaced some old ducting and duct split boxes, and set all of the dampers. They were in and out by lunch. Afterward they cleaned up all of their mess, hauled off the old units and ducting and left me with a clean, and more importantly cool home. I could not have been happier. In November it began to get a little cooler and our brand new furnace kicked on, but no warm air. I called Force Home Services and they had a technician out the next day to diagnose the problem. One day after that, two technicians came back to re-run all of the wiring between my thermostat and my HVAC unit. They completed the work the same day and had the heat up and running that evening. My experience with Force Home Services has been nothing but professional and full of excellence. Chris Sorflaten is an A+ salesman and customer satisfaction guru. Watch out Force Home Services, if I need a salesman in my company in the future I just may try and steal him! Thank you for your professionalism.

I WANTED four plumbing services: install garbage disposal, loud toilet, dripping faucet, and reconnect attic water heater tank vent. The company was very prompt in sending someone out for estimate which is odd in itself as most companies give you over the phone estimates. The man who came out was very pleasant and courteous. He should have been able to give me an estimate on the spot. I wasn't talking a bathroom makeover here. Instead I was told he would "work up the figures" and leave the estimate in my mailbox. Say what? Never got the estimate. I called the company. Person answering the phone seemed as baffled as I on handling of estimate. Went with different company,

We have been using this company for 12+ years. They consistently send the same techs out to service our system every season. Even our persnickety chihuahua is fine with the tech...a dog lover himself. I trust this company enough to leave a key under our mat. Years ago we needed to replace our AC system. We got a quote from this company as well as others. This was the lowest estimate and the owner of the company was emailing us the estimate over the weekend! They have replaced our AC units as well as heater units. They recommended an energy saving company and I was extremely please with his work as well. We are on a monthly maintenance program which essentially pays for our seasonal maintenance and gives us a few added perks. I can't sing their praises enough!
