Arrived promptly and had the job done in less than an hour.

The person on the telephone was very service-oriented when I scheduled the appointment. She worked with me to get the technician out out here as soon as possible taking into account my schedule. In order to avoid missing work and having to sit around and wait for him to arrive the day of the appointment, the technician called me when he was on his way and I went home to meet him. The technician was very professional. He made sure he understood the jobs before he got started and then worked hard and quickly to get them done. It has been about a month since he did the work...everything is working perfectly.

I was concerned that with the special offered that there would be a huge laundry list of things that needed to be changed. But that did not happen.

Lousy. Give full info, or don't recommend them.

Tech arrived on time. Advised what the scope of the work was... I only purchased 2hrs of work on Angie's special deals. BUT the work went quickly... only went a little over. The guy was truly awesome in both delivery and explaining what was all involved and final delivery (clean up afterward). I would use them again!

Any time I needed to contact Forces Services I had no problem. They were friendly and understanding. They worked with me to suit my needs. The person who was sent out knew exactly what the proble was when 3 other plumbers all had different answers. He was also very friendly. We will always use their services.

Prompt service. Took about an hour. Replaced leaking hose bib and performed whole house inspection.

The service worked out really well. The only thing was that we will need to call them back. He came out and worked on the faucet for a long time. The Big Deal was to include a whole house check and he wasn’t able to get around to that. I will call them back to have them take care of it. When he replaced the faucet he had to displace about 4 bricks. I’ll need to have that repaired.

The gentleman that came out was professional and knowledgeable. Did a great job with the in home plumbing inspection. He noticed my guest bathroom had a leaking toilet tank and replaced the gasket. Great job and efficient worth the price.

Mitch, the HVAC technician, combed the heat furnace with skill and experience without breaking any protocol procedures. Did I mention I am a big fan of protocol? He even went the extra mile and rectified some few mistakes I had made on the neutral connections with the blower motor hookup. Overall, the performance was top-notch and I have no problem referring or calling this company for further services.

The first time Brook came out, he came to check on this contractor who had supposedly done plumbing work under the house. However, another contractor had crawled under my house and told me the terrible condition of the plumbing. Brook came out, took pictures, he made a report. I gave the report to the plumber who came back and fixed the work. Brook came back afterwards to inspect the job. Brook is a very conscientious, people person. He wants very much to please the customer and go that extra step further.

Very professional, courteous and willing to do additional work within the allotted time agreement.

Randy(?) arrived on time and spent about 30 minutes to diagnose and fix problem (I had paid for up to 2 hours). He realized right away what the issue was (faulty flapper), and fixed it. He also instructed me on the proper flapper to use for my type of toilet. He was punctual, professional, and friendly.

Demone arrived early (although he did call ahead; I just didn't have my cell phone turned on). I had a doctor's appt that I had to leave for soon, but my sister-in-law was on her way over, so I told him to go ahead and get started (although he did offer to return later that day). Our A/C unit drain pan was overflowing because of clog. Demone found that the last A/C service company had not cleaned the line properly and they had also not sealed it back properly (he showed me the joint that was sealed on one end only). Demone blew the line out and cleaned the unit. He also noticed that we didn't have a float switch on either unit. Since we had recently had multiple problems with the drain getting clogged and the drain pan overflowing, he recommended a float switch which would shut the A/C units down until the drain had time to clear. This would prevent the drain pan from overflowing into the ceiling of our home. I contacted my husband and he agreed that we should have them installed. My sister-in-law was running late and I had to leave for my appt, so Demone offered to go to lunch and come back to finish the work. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfullness. When I returned from my appt, Demone and my sister-in-law arrived and Demone examined the A/C units outside. He noticed that the we didn't have a hard start kit that would help prolong the lfe of the A/C units, so we asked him to install one (one unit did have one, but the other did not). I felt that Demone was very thorough and competent, as well as very professional. I will happily recommend Force Home Servies to my friends and will use their services

They were overbooked, but the repairman was responsive and communicative. Work performed was more than thorough. I would use them again

The gentlemen was very nice and professional. When it came to the additional charges I had no knowledge that it was going to come. They have flat rate charges and not hourly charges which is abombably high.

Arrived on time removed old draing replumb for new drain and install new drain receptical. worked dilegently and was through in repair , left area clean. involved me in discussing repair and inspect work done.

The representative was polite, did a good work and efficient.

Used the "Big Deal" on Angie's for 2 hours of plumbing work. I had a bathtub in a kid's bath that has been one of those nagging problems (leak) for years. Force came out a little later than the appointed time (thus the "B" for punctuality - although he did call and let me know he was running late) but after that it was smooooooth sailing. Got the tub leak fixed in a jiffy (only had to pay a few bucks for parts above and beyond the "Big Deal" price - parts were not included) and he had enough time left over to answer questions I had about plumbing since I am about to do a remodel (e.g., installing a pot filler over stove, putting a sink in my kitchen island, installing an icemaker, whether I could have a tankless toilet in a powder room, etc.) Money well spent and very pleased!

Force Home Services was very prompt and extremely professional to work with. A representative called within hours of booking our coupon on Angie's List and schedule our appointment within days. They arrived on time and thoroughly checked our system outside as well as the ductwork up in the attic. We were provided with an estimate of recommended work to be done. At the time of the service we chose to only purchase the freone for the unit. We were very happy with the serviceman that came to our home. he explained to us in detail each recommendation and showed us exactly what he was talking about. Force also changed out one of our air filters in the homd as part of the coupon deal. We were very happy with Force Home Services.

It was simple to get on the calendar, Randy came out and did exactly what was needed - showed great care and understanding. He checked our main AC units and Water Heaters for anything suspect, and found nothing. He reviewed a maintenance plan with us and left the house clean. It was a perfect and stress free experience.

Great group of guys. Very friendly, professional, and very knowledgable. I've used them twice now and I woundnt use anybody else!!
