All went well. Offer was for programmable thermostat installation with system tuneup. Service was as advertised for a good price.

The overall experience was great! The plumber was friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was able to install our new disposal and sink for the time alloted on our coupon. I then asked about our dishwasher not running properly and he said that it was not hooked up correctly. He said it would be additional fees but he would rather hook it up now instead of us having to call and pay more for him to come out again. He did an awesome job!

The price was a little higher than other estimates, but we decided to go with them based on other Angie's List comments. They lived up to their reputation. The installation went well. The only problem was we wanted to go on a one year no interest payment plan. They did not tell us that has to be set up prior to the installation. When I called the office, the manager was rather hateful about the miscommunication and would not bend the rules to help. She was like tough.

The guy doing the work was okay in terms of his skills. However, the coupon was supposed to include a free filter, but he didn’t bring it. He said he would come back with it but never did.

They were significantly late. had to go get parts and did not have any parts with them, but they did fix the issue.

The plumber, Randy arrived a few moments early. (I received a call from their office asking if this would be ok, it was). I'd purchased a new Kohler toilet and wax ring in preparation for this install, and explained what I'd like done. Randy set to work removing the old toilet. He was very meticulous during the entire process, making sure to clean up as he worked. Once the old toilet was removed he scraped up the old caulk where the toilet was, and cleaned the area where the new wax ring was supposed to sit. He then replaced the old water fill valve with a new one and even replaced the old rusty escutchion plate with a new one. (it looks a LOT better). Randy then carefully assembled and installed the new toilet, taking care that it was square to the back wall, level, and did not rock at all. He checked the function of the toilet multiple times, inspecting inside the tank and bowl to verify it was filling properly Once the seat was installed, he caluked around the toilet. The new toilet looks great and is much nicer than our old one. During the entire time Randy was working, I probably asked him two dozen (or more) questions about toilet installations, plumbing in general, and assorted other topics. He was polite and professional the entire time and did not seem to mind the conversation. He seems like a genuinely nice person and a very good plumber. When he was done, he asked if I wanted him to take the old toilet and cardboard box for the new toilet away. Outstanding! My overall experience with Force Home Services has been very positive. I would definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

Great service. I hate plumbing work myself. When I attempt plumbing repairs myself I always end up with a leak. Over time I had accumulated several small projects that needed to be done. I had an outside faucet that needed to be replaced, a toliet that needed to be reset, a leaking shower faucet and toliet that always ran. Nothing big, just small repairs. I knew what parts would be needed so I went to the hardware store and purchased all the parts. I missed 1 part but it turned out he had one on his truck. I will use them again.

Plummer was 45 minutes late but he called. Very professional and willing any thing I needed for him to do. Did a great job on repairing the faucet in the back of the house.

Once they got here, they worked fast and efficient. They did good clean up. Very respectful and polite.

The service was excellent. I would highly recommend Force Home Services for anything you need. They are professional and courteous. Demone took the time to explain everything he was going to do and why to me. He also recommended services I should consider in the near future, but did not press the issue. I will definitely use them again and will have the services Demone recommended done as soon as possible. No one at Force treated me as if I had the "Daily Special". You would have thought I had been a customer for years.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional...even wore covers over shoes while in the house to keep from tracking anything inside from the backyard. Prior to starting work, he checked with us to make sure he understood fully what wirk was requested. He then completed all work in a timely manner. After installing the new faucet, he tested it to make sure everything worked appropriately and that there were no leaks. He then cleaned up the work area.

This firm is very professional from Teri on the phone to the two plumbers, Randy and David. They were at our home two separate times as the sink first had to be removed and the pipes moved. We had to install drywall before they could put the sink in the new location. The toilet reinstallation also went very well.

Randy Miller with Force Home Services was so professional and efficient. Both of my faucets outside have been leaking for quite sometime causing me to have higher than normal water bills. If I had known the job was going to be handled this well and at such a great cost, I would have done it a lot sooner! I would highly recommend him and certainly use him again.

Overall a positive experience although it was unable to be resolved, but not due to serviceman.

I had a new Bathroom put in over a year ago and the toilet started to leak from bottom. The tech came in, explained that with a stone floor the wax seal should have been a larger size which he repaired. I still had time left and the plumber wanted to know what else he could do. I didn?t have anything else so he left early.

They are overwhelmed and they said they had no idea when they would be able to come out to do the work. It sounded like they were unorganized and they could not tell when they would even be able to call me back.

Everything turned out. They provided a great service.

I had used the company before. They were very good. They were prompt and nice.
