The plumber arrived as specified time, worked quickly and got a lot of small things done in the 2 hours.

It went very well. The plumber called ahead with an estimated arrival time. He revised his time due to traffic however he was able to arrived on time.

I bought the deal that included 2 hours of plumbing for $99. I had 2 projects for the plumber. The first was to install the hot water dispenser that I had purchased and the second was to install an icemaker connection. After about 1/2 hour the plumber showed me that the hole in my sink was not big enough for the hot water dispenser to fit and he needed a punch to make the hole bigger, which he did not have. He said he could get one either from his office back in Denton or a supplier in Denton. He was gone for about an hour and returned without a punch. By the time he started on the second project the 2 hours were almost up so I had to pay for the additional time to install the icemaker. I don't think they should have charged me for the hour or more that the plumber took traveling back to Denton and then back to my house since I thought he should have had the tool with him in the first place. I didn't try to argue since he seems to have done a good job on the icemaker connection.

I called the office to set up an appointment. The office staff was very nice. They were busy so she couldn't get me in for four days (which was great, i wasn't expecting it so quickly since it wasn't an emergency). I received an email when the plumber was on his way and he got there right at the begining of the block of time she set aside. He was very courteous and friendly. He finished both jobs within the two hours i had purchased. The parts needed only cost me 18.00. He did a great job. I have found my go to plumber.

Overall they did a good job. Randy M. was very courtsey and was careful to wear protective slippers when entering the house. He also asked for permission before entering any of the rooms. Good customer service!

I contacted them to come out and install our new aquasensa water filter. Te existing hot water spigot required removal to make room for the new filter. All was completed in a timely manner and he removed the old hot water filter for us. We have since contacted them to fix an issue under the sink and again all work was done in a timely manner and by the same professional we worked with in the past.

He was great. Would hire again for any outside plumbing issue. Great attitude, very professional and timely.

They fixed a broken bathtub faucet that was not working and replaced a single lever shower cartridge. I supplied the materials. The job that was done was perfect and quick! I will call them again for future needs.

The team arrived on-time, verified what they were there to do and then went straight to work. They acted professionally and completed the work in roughly the time quoted. The installation of the humidifier and UV filtration system went as quoted for cost. I also had the system (3 in all) inspected for general maintenance. In doing so the technician noted that two of the three units needed additional repair and quoted the cost. They showed me the items which I was in total agreement with. I did not follow-through with the repairs because i have a home warrantee - which strangely enough won't cover preventative maintenance or inspection but will cover repairs. They cleaned up their work area and showed me how to change the filter on the humidifier if I wanted to. Their invoice was easy to understand and as expected.

They arrived on time and finished quickly. No problems.

It went great. They came out and fixed my toilet. when it wasn't fixed properly, they came out an hour later and got it fixed up properly. I would highly recommend them and have used them again since.

My husband and I hate home repairs because we always feel like we have been taken to the bank. We had been ignoring the plumbing issues in our home until I received the notice of the coupon for Force Plumbing for 2 hours of labor for $99.00. I read their reviews and decided to go for it. First, it starts of with I think her name was Jessica? I can not remember her name now, but a very friendly receptionist. We were scheduled for the very next day. She called the next day and asked if they could actually come a little early. Our appointment was scheduled for 3-5. He was going to arrive about 2:30 PM. How is that for service?!? Our plumber's name was Randy and he was very nice. He explained each of our plumbing problems and how much the parts would be. The parts cost barely much more than if I had picked them up myself (that had been another dread- "cost of parts"). He was able to do all five of our plumbing repairs and looked over our water heaters to check if they were in good shape (which he did say they were considering their age of 7) with time to spare. We ended up spending what another plumbing company would have charged us just in labor alone. If we every have any plumbing or air conditioning problems, I am definitely going to use this company again! If they ever run their coupon special again, and you have plumbing issues- take advantage of it! You won't regret it!

I am very pleased with the service from Force Home Services. Randy was very promt and he did an excellent job installing a new water faucet in my back yard. Randy also did a complete inspection of all my plumbing inside and out.

The plumber was courteous, explained the situation and the repair required, and then completed the repair without incident.

Service man was very knowledgable and professional. Knew his buisness.

Service was excellent. David (I think that was the name) far exceeded my expectations in terms of the amount of work that got done in 2 hours. What I thought would be done in 2 hours got done in little over an hour, which gave me extra time to get a couple of extra things done.

Overall, it was a great experience from scheduling the appointment which was done within a week to the quick and professional completion of the project. We also had estimates done for other work which we will definitely be considering in the near future.

Came punctual and add Freon as needed.

Bought a coupon. The service is 50% off, but the parts seemed to be quite expensive.

The appointment was set very conveniently and the work was performed on time and very professionally. It was an excellent experience and great value.

Would certainly use them again. Very punctual.
